摘要: Techniques discussed herein relate to monitoring and/or detecting destabilization events of a host machine of a cloud computing environment. At least some of these destabilization events can be associated with a converged network adaptor of the host machine. The converged network adaptor may include a combination of functionality of a host network interface card (NIC) and functionality associated with a smart adaptor (e.g., a smart NIC). The smart adaptor may be configured to use at the host machine. A converged infrastructure management service may monitor operational data associated with the host machine to identify destabilization events that may be associated with the converged network adaptor. One or more remedial actions may be identified based at least in part on identifying these destabilizing events.

摘要: Some embodiments provide a novel method for deploying different virtual networks over several public cloud datacenters for different entities. For each entity, the method (1) identifies a set of public cloud datacenters of one or more public cloud providers to connect a set of machines of the entity, (2) deploys managed forwarding nodes (MFNs) for the entity in the identified set of public cloud datacenters, and then (3) configures the MFNs to implement a virtual network that connects the entity's set of machines across its identified set of public cloud datacenters. In some embodiments, the method identifies the set of public cloud datacenters for an entity by receiving input from the entity's network administrator. In some embodiments, this input specifies the public cloud providers to use and/or the public cloud regions in which the virtual network should be defined. Conjunctively, or alternatively, this input in some embodiments specifies actual public cloud datacenters to use.

摘要: A port extender provides individual flow control for ports multiplexed from a network device. The port extender is configured to multiplex a network device port across the front panel ports on the port extender. The port extender also determines that an input buffer for the network device port is overloaded, and generates a Priority-based Flow Control (PFC) frame identifying that the network device port is congested. The port extender sends the PFC frame via the network device port to the network device. The PFC frame causes the network device coupled to the network device port to discontinue sending data for transmission from the plurality of ports on the port extender.

摘要: A method of transmitting and receiving a signal for a random access channel (RACH) procedure by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method includes transmitting a message A including a physical random access channel (PRACH) and a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH), and receiving a message B related to contention resolution in response to the message A. Transmission power for a retransmission of the message A is configured based on that a counter value related to the transmission power is incremented or maintained, the counter value is maintained based on that a transmission spatial filter related to the PRACH is changed for the retransmission of the message A, and the counter value is used for configuring the transmission power based on that the PRACH and the PUSCH are transmitted via the message A.

摘要: A method of data transmission in a 5G network includes receiving, by an internet of things (IoT) device, one or more configuration parameters associated with a prediction-based model; performing a measurement by the IoT device; determining, by the IoT device, a first data sample based on the measurement performed by the IoT device; determining, by the IoT device based on the prediction-based model and using the one or more configuration parameters, whether to transmit the first data sample to a non-terrestrial networking (NTN) node; and transmitting the first data sample to the NTN node in response to determining to transmit the first data sample. The transmitting may indicate that a predicted value corresponding to the first data sample is erroneous.

The second type processing unit and the third type processing unit are, upon receiving a data value from an associated data provider, configured to convert the data value into a self-describing binary format to add a timestamp attribute to the converted data value, the timestamp attribute comprising an absolute time information indicating an expiry of the data value and/or indicating the time of creation of the data value, and to store the converted data value with timestamp attribute in a distributed data space, wherein the distributed data space comprises a set of in-memory databases of second type processing unit and third type processing unit. The data consuming application of a respective second type processing unit and/or of a respective third type processing unit is adapted to access the converted data value in the distributed data space via a predetermined standardized interface.

A value of bit(s) of a HARQ process number field of the DCI may indicate the state. The DCI may indicate deactivation of the first SPS configuration and the second SPS configuration. An acknowledgement may be received.

摘要: A first computing device is configured to (i) detect a triggering event that causes the first computing device to transmit a first set of messages collectively indicating that the first computing device is available for setup, (ii) establish an initial wireless communication path with a second computing device, (iii) receive, from the second computing device via the initial wireless communication path, a second set of messages including security information for a secure wireless network that is defined by one or more network devices, where the initial wireless communication path with the second computing device does not traverse any of the one or more network devices, (iv) use the security information to connect to the secure wireless network, and (v) transition from communicating with the second computing device via the initial wireless communication path to communicating with the second computing device via the secure wireless network.
