    摘要: A base station transmits first random access parameters, associated with beam failure recovery, and second random access parameters. The base station may receive, in response to a beam failure on a primary cell and based on the first random access parameters, a first random access preamble on a first BWP of the primary cell. The base station may receive, based on the second random access parameters and for consistent LBT failure recovery, a second random access preamble on a second BWP of the primary cell. Receiving the second random access preamble may be in response to stopping of a first random access process and switching of an active BWP of the primary cell from the first BWP to a second BWP. The stopping and the switching may be based on consistent LBT failure for the primary cell.

The first configuration parameter may indicate a first HARQ codebook identifier. The second configuration parameter may indicate a second HARQ codebook identifier. The second HARQ codebook identifier may be the same as the first HARQ codebook identifier. The third configuration parameter may indicate a state that is mapped to the first SPS configuration and the second SPS configuration. A DCI may be transmitted. A value of bit(s) of a HARQ process number field of the DCI may indicate the state. The DCI may indicate deactivation of the first SPS configuration and the second SPS configuration. An acknowledgement may be received.

    摘要: A wireless device may receive configuration parameters of a plurality of cells and a SR configuration. The SR configuration may be associated with recovery from consistent LBT failure. The SR configuration may be for requesting resources on one or more first cells of the plurality of cells and excluding resources on other cells of the plurality of cells. No resources on one or more cells for which the consistent LBT failure is not triggered may be available for transmission of an LBT failure control element. The wireless device may transmit a SR based on the SR configuration. The wireless device may receive an uplink grant for a first cell of the one or more first cells. The wireless device may transmit the LBT failure control element based on the uplink grant.
