摘要: An articulating solar panel mount comprising a slim profile lower frame that rests on and is affixable to a roof, and a spring-actuated upper frame that is hinged on one side. A solar panel may be attached to the topside of the hinged frame. The mount includes an indexable latching mechanism comprising a reversible quick release that can be adjusted to be accessed from either direction depending on installation needs. The latching release mechanism is designed to allow for “daisy chaining” multiple frames in succession, which allows for creation of a walkway/path through the solar array. The hinged solar frame may be over sprung to self-open, accounting for the weight of the solar panel and the frame itself.

摘要: A mount for installing a photovoltaic array on a shingle roof includes a base and a first support panel and second support panel that extend upwardly from the base. The base has one or more openings that accept fasteners to secure the base to a roof surface with the fasteners positioned entirely underneath a shingle of the roof positioned above the fasteners. The fasteners are therefore concealed by the shingle and protected by the shingle. A rail panel extends between the first support panel and the second support panel above the base. The rail panel is provided with fastener holes for use in mounting a rail to the rail panel.

摘要: Enclosure assemblies with integrating flashing for protecting an accessory on a rooftop. The enclosure assemblies can include a base configured to protect the rooftop from water intrusion and a cover configured to be joined to the raised portion of the base. The base can include a bottom wall and a raised portion extending from the bottom wall. The base can include an uphill portion configured to be positioned beneath at least one full course of roof shingle on the rooftop, without having to cut the roof shingle. The raised portion can be disposed off-center relative to the central transverse axis of the bottom wall, leaving the uphill portion of the bottom wall uncovered.

When the photovoltaic module is mounted on the color steel tile, the connecting end supports the photovoltaic module.

The junction boxes may include a housing having a plurality of sides, a bottom having an aperture, and a top edge having a top opening, where the top edge has a lip disposed around the top edge and projecting upward from the top edge. The junction boxes may further include a lid removably coupled to the top edge of the housing and a seal disposed on an outer surface of the bottom of the housing.
