The control device is for an electric compressor, the control device comprising: a detection unit that detects ripple voltage; a judgment unit that judges whether the ripple voltage is abnormal based on the value of the ripple voltage; and a cause determination unit that determines whether the cause of the abnormality is the electric compressor or some other external device, based on the control result of the electric compressor.

摘要: A compact motor control system for selectively controlling power from a power source to a load includes a motor switching assembly having a solid state contactor with a plurality of solid state switches. The motor switching assembly also includes at least one direct current (DC) link coupled to the solid state contactor and redundant first and second inverters coupled to the at least one DC link. The motor switching assembly further includes a first relay coupled between the solid state contactor and an input of the inverter and a second relay coupled between the solid state contactor and an input of the second inverter. In addition, the motor control system includes a control system programmed to control the motor switching assembly to selectively supply power to the load from the power source.

摘要: A control circuit and method for DC motors is disclosed in the present application. The control circuit may comprise a voltage monitoring unit for monitoring the output voltage of the DC power supply, a switching circuit for controlling the operation of the DC motor, and a PWM signal output unit to output PWM signal for controlling the switching circuit. The PWM signal output unit may be configured to regulate the duty cycle of the output PWM signal based on the results of the voltage monitoring unit. In this way, motors with different resistances may work continuously in a stabilized state. Also, it may detect when a load like motor is heavy loaded or overloaded, stop motor from starting, and avoid overtime working due to the drop of supply voltage damaging the load like motor. When the voltage of power supply is higher than the rated voltage of the motor, it may regulate the input voltage value of power supply to avoid the increase of excitation current of motor with the increase of the applied voltage, thereby avoid the loss of iron core.

摘要: A method is described for controlling an electric motor having a rotor. The method is carried out after a shutdown of the motor has been initiated. The method includes starting a timer in a motor controller, performing regenerative braking to recapture kinetic energy from the rotor as electrical energy, and using the recaptured electrical energy from the regenerative braking to power the motor controller. If the timer in the motor controller exceeds a predetermined timer value, a flag is set in memory in the motor controller to indicate that the motor has stopped.
