    摘要: A motor drive comprises a rectifier circuit portion arranged to receive an externally supplied AC voltage and to generate a DC bus voltage. An inverter circuit portion is arranged to receive the DC bus voltage (VDC_Bus) and to generate an AC output voltage (Vout) for supply to an external load. A DC bus portion is connected between the rectifier and the inverter. An inductor (L1) is connected in series along a bus conductor between the rectifier and inverter, and a DC link capacitor (C1) is connected in parallel between the bus conductors. A voltage across the DC link capacitor (C1) is input to a tuneable notch filter arranged to supply a filtered signal. A controller varies the resonant frequency of the notch filter to a plurality of values across an operational range and modulates a supply current provided by the inverter with a probe current signal at the resonant frequency.

    摘要: The present disclosure is related to ensuring a period for detecting a phase current from a DC bus current of an inverter. A motor control circuit of the present disclosure includes: a voltage command generator and a PWM signal generator. The voltage command generator detects a phase current from a DC bus current of an inverter driving an AC motor, and generating three-phase voltage commands. The PWM signal generator generates three-phase PWM signals to the inverter according to a comparison result of the three-phase voltage commands and a triangular wave signal with a predetermined frequency and outputs the three-phase PWM signals to the inverter. The PWM signal generator corrects a maximum or minimum voltage command by synchronizing the maximum or minimum voltage command with an intermediate command in a first period of multiple consecutive PWM periods.

    摘要: An electrified vehicle includes a traction battery, an inverter coupled to the traction battery and operable to convert direct current (DC) power from the traction battery to three-phase alternating current (AC) power, a three-phase electric machine coupled to the inverter by associated cables, a sensor configured to generate a signal associated with rotational position of a rotor of the three-phase electric machine, a current sensor associated with each cable/phase of the three-phase electric machine, and a controller programmed to generate non-zero phase current at each of a plurality of predetermined regularly spaced rotational positions by either adjusting rotor angle or injecting q-axis current, command the inverter to inject a test current pulse to the electric machine, and generate a diagnostic signal in response to any one of the current sensor signals being less than an associated threshold to detect a cable or current sensor anomaly in a single phase.

    摘要: A motor driving device controls a three-phase motor and a single-phase motor to operate in parallel. The motor driving device includes a dc terminal in which an upper and a lower DC-link capacitor are located. The motor driving device also includes a neutral terminal disposed between the upper and lower DC-link capacitors. The motor driving device includes an inverter that includes three pairs of upper switching elements and lower switching elements. Two pairs of upper switching elements and lower switching elements among three pairs are connected to a-phase terminal and b-phase terminal of the three-phase motor, respectively. The other pair of upper switching elements and lower switching elements among three pairs is connected to a first terminal of the single-phase motor. The neutral terminal is connected to c-phase terminal of the three-phase motor and a second terminal of the single-phase motor.

    摘要: A connecting device for motor and supply network is provided, comprising: a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), a first switch (S1) and a second switch (S2), wherein the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) is connected in series to the first switch (S1), and the second switch (S2) is connected in parallel to the series circuit composed of the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and the first switch (S1). The connecting device of the invention further comprises a bidirectional Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) or two anti-parallel single-directional Silicon Controlled Rectifiers (SCR1,SCR2), wherein the bidirectional Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) or the two anti-parallel single-directional Silicon Controlled Rectifiers (SCR1,SCR2) is/are connected in parallel to the second switch (S2). The connecting device of the present invention would not be subject to high current surge when VFD bypassing, avoids the high cost for the overrating of the cable and the bypassing switch, and is easy to be implemented.
