摘要: The present disclosure relates to a liquid crystal phase shifter, a method for operating the liquid crystal phase shifter and an antenna. The liquid crystal phase shifter includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer and at least one adjustment unit. The one of the at least one adjustment unit includes a first electrode, a second electrode and a control circuit. The control circuit comprises a driving sub-circuit, a switching sub-circuit and a reset sub-circuit. The driving sub-circuit is configured to input a voltage to the first electrode. The reset sub-circuit is configured reset a voltage of a control terminal of the driving sub-circuit.

摘要: A phase shifter includes a signal line and a reference electrode respectively disposed on sides of different ones or both disposed on a same side of a same one of a first base plate and a second base plate proximal to a dielectric layer, and includes a straight unit and a bent unit along an extending direction of the signal line. The signal line includes a first signal sub-line corresponding to the straight unit and a second signal sub-line corresponding to the bent unit, and the reference electrode includes a first reference sub-electrode corresponding to the straight unit and a second reference sub-electrode corresponding to the bent unit. The second signal sub-line and the second reference sub-electrode which correspond to the bent unit are configured to make an impedance of the bent unit match to an impedance of the straight unit and/or an impedance of another adjacent bent unit.

摘要: We have developed a high-performance, low-volume, low-weight, and low-power sensor based on a self-sustaining oscillator. The techniques described here may be used for sensing various fields; we demonstrate magnetic sensing. The oscillator is based on a dielectric resonator that contains paramagnetic defects and is connected to a sustaining amplifier in a feedback loop. The resonance frequency of the dielectric resonator shifts in response to changes in the magnetic field, resulting in a shift in the frequency of the self-sustaining oscillator. The value of the magnetic field is thereby encoded in the shift or modulation output of the self-sustaining oscillator. The sensor as demonstrated uses no optics, no input microwaves, and, not including digitization electronics, consumes less than 300 mW of power and exhibits a sensitivity at or below tens of pT/√{square root over (Hz)}. In some implementations, the sensor is less than 1 mL in volume.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a phase shifter and an antenna, and relates to the field of communication technology. The phase shifter provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is divided into a first feeding region, a second feeding region and a phase-shift region. The phase shifter includes: a first substrate and a second substrate provided opposite to each other, a dielectric layer provided between the first substrate and the second substrate, and a first feeding structure and a second feeding structure. The first feeding structure is electrically coupled to one end of the signal line, and the second feeding structure is electrically coupled to the other end of the signal line. The first feeding structure is located in the first feeding region; and the second feeding structure is located in the second feeding region. Recesses are formed in the first base substrate and/or in the second base substrate.
