摘要： A battery module manufacturing method comprising according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: coupling a guide with cell tabs, the guide aligning the cell tabs of each of a plurality of battery cells with the cell tabs; and coupling a bus bar assembly with the cell tabs, in a direction perpendicular to a direction in which the cell tabs protrude from the battery cells, the bus bar assembly that electrically connects the cell tabs to each other, wherein, while the bus bar assembly is being coupled with the cell tabs, the bus bar assembly pushes out the guide in a direction perpendicular to a direction in which the cell tabs protrude.

摘要： Modular battery packs are disclosed and can be used in different devices and systems, such as electric vehicles, electric aircrafts, and electric scooters. Each modular battery pack includes a trace unit to record information about the battery pack, which is transmitted to a distributed data management system. The distributed data management system maintains a unique record entry for each modular battery back, based on which the residual fair market value can be assessed. This evaluation system facilitates the reselling, renting, and/or exchanging of modular battery packs at an online platform and/or at a physical battery sale, rental, and/or swapping station. Modular battery packs may also be recycled from one application to another application. For example, when a modular battery pack from an electric vehicle is degraded to certain level, it may be recycled and used in an energy storage system or other systems having lower requirements for battery performances.

摘要： This application provides a vehicle and a chassis thereof. The vehicle includes an upper vehicle body and a chassis. The chassis includes a lower vehicle body and a plurality of battery cells. The lower vehicle body includes a frame, and the frame has an accommodation cavity. The plurality of battery cells are disposed in the accommodation cavity and are connected to the frame. The frame of the chassis is detachably connected to the upper vehicle body. The battery cells are mounted in the accommodation cavity of the frame, so that the frame of the lower vehicle body can also serve as a battery box. This eliminates some redundant structures of a conventional battery, increases a range of the vehicle, and achieves effects of weight reduction and cost reduction.

摘要： A cooling system includes a plurality of heat exchanger assemblies corresponding to a plurality of battery packs and a fluid conveyance assembly. Each heat exchanger assembly includes a first heat exchanger inlet-outlet and a second heat exchanger inlet-outlet configured to receive a heat transfer fluid or discharge the heat transfer fluid. The fluid conveyance assembly is coupled to the heat exchanger assemblies and configured to circulate the heat transfer fluid in parallel to the heat exchanger assemblies in a U-flow scheme with an inlet and an outlet of the heat transfer fluid arranged at the same location. The fluid conveyance assembly includes a plurality of flow restrictors configured to balance the heat transfer fluid flowing into the heat exchanger assemblies. The heat transfer fluid flows through the corresponding flow restrictor before flowing into the corresponding heat exchanger assembly of the battery pack.
