摘要: High-frequency supercapacitors that can respond at kilohertz frequencies (AC-supercapacitors). The electrodes of the AC-supercapacitors include edge oriented graphene (EOG) electrodes or carbon nanofiber network (CNN) electrodes. The EOG electrodes are formed by utilizing a plasma and feedstock carbon gas to carbonize cellulous paper and deposit graphene implemented in one step. The CNN electrodes are formed by pyrolyzing a carbon nanofiber network utilizing a plasma.

摘要: A silicon-carbon composite material, a preparation method thereof, an electrochemical device, and an electronic apparatus are provided. The silicon-carbon composite material includes an inner core and a carbon coating layer. The inner core includes a carbon substrate and silicon and carbon nanoparticles attached to a surface of the carbon substrate and/or an inner portion of the carbon substrate. An accessible porosity R is 20% to 80%. The preparation method includes co-depositing, by using a gaseous carbon source/silicon source carbon, carbon and silicon on the carbon substrate through a first chemical vapor deposition and forming, by using a carbon source, the carbon coating layer on a surface through a second chemical vapor deposition.

摘要: An electrode for an electrochemical device includes porous carbon particles. In a pore distribution of the porous carbon particles, a ratio B/A of an integrated volume B to an integrated volume A ranges from 1 to 1.5, inclusive. The integrated volume A is an integrated volume of pores each having a pore diameter of more than or equal to 1 nm and less than 2 nm. The integrated volume B is an integrated volume of pores each having a pore diameter of more than or equal to 2 nm and less than or equal to 50 nm. A volume-based particle diameter frequency distribution of the porous carbon particles has a first peak and a second peak. A particle diameter corresponding to the second peak is larger than a particle diameter corresponding to the first peak.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a component of an electrochemical energy storage device utilizes lithium such that a coating method based on pulsed laser ablation is utilized in the production of an ion-conducting inorganic material layer on at least one surface of a lithium metal anode. At least one material layer is processed by thermal, mechanical, or thermomechanical treatment or by combination of any of these treatments after pulsed laser deposition. A roll-to-roll method can be used in the deposition, in which the substrate to be coated is directed from one roll to the second roll, and the deposition takes place in the area between the rolls. Moving and/or turning mirrors can be used to direct laser pulses as a beam line array to the surface of the target material.
