摘要: The document discloses technology that improves the ability of a user to detect and deter the presence of an entity (e.g., person, animal) in a selected area. The system generates a three-dimensional (3D) point map of an environment. The system can then use 3D imaging technology such as LiDAR (light detection and ranging) to generate a baseline 3D point map that includes the selected area within the environment. In operation, the system can use the 3D technology to monitor for the entity and provide alerts in real time or near real time when the entity is present in the selected area, and/or the system can perform a deterrent action that is perceivable by the entity.

摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure involve a system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program and method for rendering three-dimensional captions (3D) in real-world environments depicted in image content. An editing interface is displayed on a client device. The editing interface includes an input component displayed with a view of a camera feed. A first input comprising one or more text characters is received. In response to receiving the first input, a two-dimensional (2D) representation of the one or more text characters is displayed. In response to detecting a second input, a preview interface is displayed. Within the preview interface, a 3D caption based on the one or more text characters is rendered at a position in a 3D space captured within the camera feed. A message is generated that includes the 3D caption rendered at the position in the 3D space captured within the camera feed.

摘要: Systems, methods, and computer program products are provided for performing operations for presenting content in three dimensional (3D) environments. Performing operations for presenting content in 3D environments includes: requesting content for virtual presentation in an environment of an extended reality appliance; receiving the content for the virtual presentation in the environment; receiving with the content, a plurality of tags, each being associated with a portion of the content, wherein a particular portion of the content associated with a particular tag includes an inanimate virtual object; for each tag, selecting, based on the respective tag, a 3D placement requirement for the portion of the content associated with the respective tag; and for each portion of the content, determining, based on a layout of the environment and the selected 3D placement requirement, a location in the environment for virtual placement of the respective portion of the content.

摘要: The technology disclosed relates to user interfaces for controlling augmented reality environments. Real and virtual objects can be seamlessly integrated to form an augmented reality by tracking motion of one or more real objects within view of a wearable sensor system using a combination a RGB (red, green, and blue) and IR (infrared) pixels of one or more cameras. It also relates to enabling multi-user collaboration and interaction in an immersive virtual environment. In particular, it relates to capturing different sceneries of a shared real world space from the perspective of multiple users. The technology disclosed further relates to sharing content between wearable sensor systems. In particular, it relates to capturing images and video streams from the perspective of a first user of a wearable sensor system and sending an augmented version of the captured images and video stream to a second user of the wearable sensor system.

摘要: A method and a system for image-guided intervention such as a percutaneous treatment or diagnosis of a patient may include at least one of a pre-registration method and a re-registration method. The pre-registration method is configured to permit for an efficient virtual representation of a planned trajectory to target tissue during the intervention, for example, as a holographic light ray shown through an augmented reality system. In turn, this allows the operator to align a physical instrument such as a medical probe for the intervention. The re-registration method is configured to adjust for inaccuracy in the virtual representation generated by the pre-registration method, as determined by live imaging of the patient during the intervention. The re-registration method may employ the use of intersectional contour lines to define the target tissue as viewed through the augmented reality system, which permits for an unobstructed view of the target tissue for the intervention.
