摘要: Provided a die lubricant rotating spray tray device, wherein the nozzles, the connecting sleeve bodies, the nozzle connecting pipes, the air pipe joints and the lubricant pipe joints are sequentially connected to form independently-communicated cavity pipelines, compressed air is input from the air pipe joints, a lubricant is input from the lubricant pipe joints, the rotation driving mechanisms drive the spray tray rotators to rotate through the transmission mechanisms, and the spray tray rotators drive the nozzles to rotate, so that the same dosage of the lubricant is sprayed on the maximum pitch circle surfaces of upper and lower dies, the aim of uniformly spraying the forging lubricant on the working surfaces of the upper and lower dies is achieved.

摘要: The present invention relates to a grease replacement method of replacing grease in a case (84) including a sealable gear chamber (31, 36) accommodating a gear (85) as a member to be lubricated, a grease injection port (61, 62) configured to inject grease into the gear chamber (31, 36), and a discharge port (32, 37) configured to discharge the grease in the gear chamber (31, 36), and a grease suction device to be used to perform this method. The grease replacement method includes a suction step (S2) of sucking the grease in the gear chamber (31, 36) from the grease injection port (61, 62) with the discharge port (32, 37) being open, and discharging the grease outside the case (84), and an injection step (S4) of injecting new grease into the grease injection port (61, 62) and supplying the new grease to the gear (85). This facilitates discharging of old grease.

Electrical energy produced by the energy harvesting device powers the wireless transmitter, which is configured to transmit a wireless signal. The wireless signal indicates that the fluid injector fired. The wireless signal is received by the controller unit, which controls the fluid pump.

摘要: A coupler connected a hose of a grease gun includes a body having a path defined therethrough. A check valve unit and a sealing unit are located in the body. The check valve includes a spring which biases the sealing unit. A groove is defined in an outer surface of the body. A socket is mounted to the body and multiple pawls are received in the socket. The pawls each have a first end engaged with the groove, and a second end of each pawl is controlled to be connected to a fitting member. The socket has a flange extending from the inner periphery. The second ends of the pawls removably contact the flange. A trigger is pivotably connected to the body and drives the socket which is moved by pivoting the trigger so as to control the pawls to engaged with or release the fitting member.

摘要: An apparatus comprising a fluid fitting such as a grease nipple, which is attachable to a device that requires lubrication, and a complementary coupler is provided. The fitting includes an insertable section for mating with a complementary receiving portion on the coupler. The fitting includes one or more first entry ports through a side of the insertable section of the fitting, and an exit distal to the insertable section. The feed channel exits of the coupler, mate with the entry ports of the fitting when the insertable section of the fitting is in a delivery position, so that a fluid can be transferred under pressure from a fluid reservoir via the coupler, into the fitting.

摘要: A grease gun coupler for delivering grease from a tube of a grease gun to a grease fitting is provided. Insertion of a grease fitting in the coupler pushes in a piston, allows a bias or an operator to push an outer sleeve towards the grease fitting, which biases the ball bearings inwards, thus securing the grease fitting in the coupler. Retraction of the outer sleeve releases the ball bearings, thus allowing another bias to push back the piston and expel the grease fitting.
