摘要： A lubricant/sealer dispenser is disclosed for a component press-in system that includes a pressurized lubricant/sealer reservoir filled with lubricant/sealer. A nozzle is supplied with lubricant/sealer from the reservoir and includes an offset tip formed of PTFE that is enclosed in a steel tube. A controller controls a motor that rotates the nozzle within an opening in a part at a selected depth. The motor rotates the nozzle about a fixed axis and follows an inner surface of the opening as the part is moved by a robot relative to the nozzle in a selected pattern. The nozzle applies the lubricant/sealer by applying the lubricant/sealer onto the inner surface of the opening.

摘要： An oil injector for a vehicle is provided. The oil injector includes a transparent body having a flowing hole formed on a front end of the body. A flexible tube member is connected to the body and corresponds to the flowing hole. A storing space is formed in an internal portion of the body. One end of a piston member is entered into the storing space, and the piston member is movable relative to the body. Therefore, the piston member provides a pushing function in the storing space so that a fluid flows into or out form the body via the tube member, and the transparent body is provided for observing a storing amount of the fluid in the body.

The dispenser includes a housing; a reservoir for containing lubricant; a pump assembly operable to pump lubricant; and a purge assembly including a channel defined by the housing and extending between the reservoir and atmosphere, at least a portion of the channel extending along a channel axis through an opening in the housing and to atmosphere, and a plunger slidable along a plunger axis between a sealed position, in which the reservoir is isolated from atmosphere, and an open position, in which the reservoir is in fluid communication with atmosphere, the plunger axis extending at an angle with respect to the channel axis. The purge assembly may include a biasing member operable to bias the plunger toward the sealed position. The tool may be a dispenser and may include a motor supported by the housing; a trigger; and a trigger lock assembly.

摘要： An oil flow control structure for grease gun has a hollow main body. An inflow end and an outflow end are respectively disposed at two sides of the main body. A high pressure passage and a low pressure passage, in which its inner diameter is larger than the high pressure passage, are disposed between the inflow end and the outflow end. A first pumping rod and a second pumping rod are respectively disposed in the two passages. The first pumping rod is pivoted to a pressing stem. The second pumping rod is pivoted to the pressing stem through a switching mechanism. The switching mechanism can regulate a pivot position of the second pumping rod relative to the pressing stem so that an initial position of the second pumping rod performing piston motion in the low pressure passage can be changed to seal or open the second inflow port.
