Abstract: A tip end face of a body part 13 is provided at a part in front of a discharge port with respect to a rotational direction of a worm wheel 2 with a protruding part 16, and a tip end face of the protruding part 16 is provided with a grease-pushing surface part 17 configured to push grease into concave portions of a worm wheel teeth 3 while raking and leveling the grease so that the grease is substantially uniform in a width direction and in a circumferential direction of the worm wheel teeth 3. Also, the tip end face of the body part 13 is provided at a rear part of the discharge port with respect to the rotational direction of the worm wheel 2 with a protruding wall part 18 for preventing the grease 1 from moving rearwards with respect to the rotational direction of the worm wheel 2.

Abstract: A method, device, and nozzle for dispensing cooled lubricant is provided. Lubricant is supplied to the nozzle through an inner lubricant tube. Cooled compressed gas is also supplied to the nozzle through a conduit which surrounds the inner lubricant tube. Cooled compressed gas from the conduit is introduced into a nozzle gas bore in the nozzle and lubricant is introduced into a nozzle lubricant bore in the nozzle. The cooled compressed gas and the lubricant are mixed at a junction between these bores, such that the lubricant is siphoned into the junction by the cooled compressed gas. The mixture of cooled compressed gas and lubricant are then dispensed from an aperture in the nozzle, preferably as a fine atomized mist of cooled lubricant.

Abstract: A battery powered grease gun has an overpressure relief valve for returning grease to the grease barrel mounted to the grease gun head when a plugged zerk prevents grease from exiting the output port. The grease gun head includes a small relief passageway joined to the output port of the grease gun head which is closed by an adjustable check valve. When the pressure of grease in the output port rises above a preselected pressure, grease will pass through the relief passageway to the grease barrel or, if so equipped, to the grease supply adapter which is mounted to the grease gun head. The grease gun head is additionally provided with a sampling duct which is joined to the output port. The sampling duct couples the output port to another port in which a pressure gauge or a pressure transducer may be installed. The pressure of grease in the output port may be displayed on the pressure gauge or on a display coupled to the transducer.

Abstract: Continuously shooting pneumatic grease gun structure including an air chamber housing defining an elongated air chamber. A push hole extends from the air chamber through one end of the housing to an outer side. A piston is reciprocally axially movably disposed in the air chamber between a start position and an end position. A grease push rod is coaxially fitted in the push hole and synchronously movable along with the piston. A restoring spring is compressed between the end of the housing and the piston to resiliently keep the piston in the start position. A controlling valve is movably disposed on the housing between an open position and a close position. Abstract: An air grease gun includes a grip, a barrel, a spout pipe unit and a grease storage tube. A generally Y-shaped air passage is formed in the grip and is bifurcated into a first branch and a second branch at the lower end portion of the grip. A compressed air source is communicated with the first branch. The second branch is communicated with the lower air chamber of the grease storage tube via an air tube. A valve normally closes the upper section of the air passage, which is above the first and second branches. The compressed air flowing from the compressed air source enters the grease storage tube via the first and second branches and via the air tube so as to push a tube piston upward, thereby impelling the grease in the grease storage tube into the barrel. Upon actuation of a trigger, the valve opens the air passage so that the compressed air flows into the barrel through the upper section of the air passage, thereby pneumatically moving the grease in the barrel to the spout outlet of the gun.

Abstract: An improved high pressure grease gun and coupling unit for connecting the gun to a grease fitting. The coupling comprises a piston actuated collet type clamp which is normally spring biased to a position in which the collet is compressed. An axially movable valve element extends through the collet clamp and is engageable with the end of the grease fitting when the coupling is clamped onto a fitting. This valve is automatically opened by engagement with the fitting and is automatically closed by the pressure of the grease contained within the coupling when the coupling is removed from the fitting. The gun has a pressure relief valve and a pressure relief valve safety which prevents actuation of the gun whenever the relief valve is open.
