摘要: A hydraulic system for a rotary implement, including an oil tank, a main pump, a control valve, and a rotary motor is provided. The oil tank is connected to an oil suction port of the main pump; an oil outlet of the main pump is connected to a P port of the control valve; a T port of the control valve is interconnected with the oil tank; and A and B ports of the control valve are connected to both ends of the rotary motor. The control valve includes a compensation valve connected to the P port and the T port, an electric proportional valve connected to the P port and the compensation valve, and an electromagnetic reversing valve connected to the compensation valve, the T port and the B port.

摘要: Methods and apparatuses are provided for deaeration of a liquid. Liquid may be impinged onto an inclined baffle and forced through a first plurality of apertures that direct the liquid in one or more directions away from one or more outlets of a reservoir. The liquid may be passed through a second plurality of apertures. Flowing the liquid as described promotes a circuitous route of travel and provides a residence time inside of the reservoir that promotes release of entrained air.

摘要: A wave powered hydraulic piston generator assembly for powering a generator by a hydraulic turbine and piston assembly includes a container being positioned adjacent to the shoreline of a body of water. The container has an opening having an interior surface where a piston is positioned against. A rod protrudes out from a back surface of the piston wherein an end of the rod has a first seal being moving within a cylinder. The cylinder has an inlet positioned proximate to the first end of the cylinder, whereas an outlet is positioned on a second end of the cylinder. A first conduit of a tank is connected with the outlet of the cylinder. A turbine is connected with a second conduit of the tank. The turbine has a drive shaft in mechanical communication with a generator. Furthermore, the turbine is in fluid communication with the inlet of the cylinder.

摘要: A header assembly for an agricultural harvesting machine comprises a first frame assembly, a second frame assembly that supports a cutter, and is movable relative to the first frame assembly, a float cylinder coupled between the first frame assembly and the second frame assembly, an accumulator, a controllable reservoir, and fluidic circuitry. The fluidic circuitry comprises a first conduit forming a first fluid path that provides a flow of pressurized fluid under pressure to the float cylinder, so the float cylinder exerts a float force on the second frame assembly, a valve mechanism that is actuatable to inhibit fluid flow along the first fluid path between the accumulator and the float cylinder, a second conduit forming a second fluid path fluidically coupled to the controllable reservoir, the controllable reservoir being controllable to add fluid to the float cylinder.

摘要: A computer-implemented method and/or system for controlling a material handler comprises: processing, by an electronic control unit (ECU), a plurality of electronic input signals from at least one joystick; determining an adjustment for at least one of a pair of solenoids based on at least the plurality of electronic input signals from the joystick; controlling the pair of solenoids by the ECU and each solenoid acting in opposition to each of a pair of biasing elements of an open-center directional control valve to move the directional control valve to an extension position or a retraction position from a central position; determining a setpoint buildup pressure for a central passageway of the directional control valve; and actuating a constrictive solenoid of a pressure buildup valve to constrict the central passageway based on the setpoint buildup pressure whereby the constrictive passageway increases a pressure in the central passageway of the directional control valve.

To this end, the construction machine including: a hydraulic cylinder; a first accumulator that accumulates return fluid from the hydraulic cylinder with a first set pressure; a tank that stores hydraulic fluid therein; a first hydraulic pump that delivers the hydraulic fluid sucked from the tank; a hydraulic actuator that is driven by the first hydraulic pump; and a second accumulator that accumulates return fluid from the hydraulic actuator with a second set pressure, includes a first control valve placed in a first hydraulic line that connects the first accumulator and the hydraulic cylinder to each other, and a second control valve placed in a second hydraulic line that connects the second accumulator and the hydraulic cylinder to each other. The second set pressure is set to a value higher than that of the first set pressure.

摘要: A fluid-driven actuator system includes a fluid-driven actuator and at least one proportional control valve and at least one pump connected to the fluid-driven actuator to provide fluid to operate the fluid-driven actuator. The at least one pump includes at least one fluid driver having a prime mover and a fluid displacement assembly to be driven by the prime mover such that fluid is transferred from the pump inlet to the pump outlet. The fluid driven actuator system also includes a controller that establishes at least one of a speed and a torque of the at least one prime mover to adjust at least one of a flow in the fluid system to a flow set point and a pressure in the fluid system to pressure set point and a concurrently establishes an opening of the at least one proportional control valve to adjust at least one of the flow to the flow set point and the pressure to the pressure set point.

A flow closing member is displaceable arranged within the valve body to control the flow of fluid medium from the inlet to the outlet via the first chamber. The flow closing member is displaceable between an open position, in which fluid medium may flow in the fluid medium flow path from the inlet to the outlet via the first chamber, and a closed position, in which said flow closing member prevents fluid medium to flow in the fluid medium flow path from the inlet to the outlet.
