The lockout system can include a passkey notice that provides information regarding how to use the user interface to switch the pump between the locked and unlocked configurations.

Various parameters and data sets may be calculated from the time domain waveform and displayed with collected data to simplify the recognition of features that represent system components and anomalies pertinent to the health of the rotating machine such as a pump assembly. Manually manipulatable controls on a graphic user interface may allow a user to set alarm bands and thresholds. Suggestions based on physical and/or statistical models, as well as, machine-specific historic data may be presented as well.

    摘要: A compressor maintenance monitoring and alert system for use with a compressor comprises a sensor unit including a housing, at least one vibration sensor and/or electrical impulse sensor, and a computer processor. The housing is constructed and arranged for being mounted or electrically coupled to the compressor. A processor of a mobile communication device receives compressor data transmitted by the sensor unit over a period of time, processes the received compressor data, determines if the received compressor data meets or exceeds scheduled maintenance tasks included in the look up tables, and displays required maintenance tasks on a display of the mobile communication device.
