    摘要: A reciprocating low-speed heavy-load hydraulic pump with a variable action area comprises a plurality of hydraulic cylinder units (3) and moving members (1, 2). Two ends of the hydraulic cylinder units (3) are separately connected with the moving members (1, 2) via mechanical structures. The moving members (1, 2) move relative to each other. The hydraulic cylinder unit (3) consists of a hydraulic cylinder (4), a reversing valve (5) and a one-way valve (6). The hydraulic cylinder (4), the reversing valve (5) and the one-way valve (6) are connected with each other via hydraulic pipelines. Based on different magnitudes of driving force, the hydraulic pump can proactively configure and form different combinations of hydraulic cylinder units, and further adjust the size of an equivalent action area. Therefore, even if the magnitude of the driving force changes, it can be ensured that the hydraulic pump consisting of hydraulic cylinder units outputs oil liquid with a relatively stable pressure for use by a subsequently connected system. The reciprocating low-speed heavy-load hydraulic pump with a variable action area is advantageous in high conversion efficiency, a simple system structure and good working stability.

    摘要: The present invention provides a roundel structure for five-compressing-chamber diaphragm pump. The eccentric roundel structure is a cylindrical eccentric roundel in an eccentric roundel mount. The cylindrical eccentric roundel basically comprises an annular positioning dent, a vertical flank and a sloped top ring created from the annular positioning dent to the vertical flank. By means of the sloped top ring, the oblique pull and squeezing phenomena of high frequency incurred in a conventional tubular eccentric roundel are completely eliminated. Thus, not only the durability of the five-compressing-chamber diaphragm pump for sustaining the pumping action of high frequency from the cylindrical eccentric roundels is mainly enhanced but also the service lifespan of the five-compressing-chamber diaphragm pump is exceedingly prolonged.

    摘要: A multichamber pressure-increasing device is comprised of a plurality of chambers disposed in series one inside the other, wherein the innermost chamber is configured so as to place objects or samples therein to subject them to ultra-high pressures. An external hydraulic pump pumps fluid into the outermost chamber while a plurality of elemental hydraulic motor pump systems (EHMPS) are mounted in each chamber for increasing the pressure from one chamber to the next one disposed more to the interior of the device through an iterative process, each EHMPS consisting of two cylinder-piston assemblies operatively joined together in such a way that both pistons extend or retract simultaneously within their respective cylinders, the motor part driving the pump part as pressurized fluid admitted into the motor cylinder is subsequently discharged so fluid admitted into the pumping part cylinder is compressed therein and impelled at a higher pressure into the succeeding chamber.
