    摘要: A four-cylinder diaphragm pump includes a pump body having four pump chambers, and a drive mechanism that expands and contracts the four pump chambers with a predetermined phase difference, in which the pump body includes a first diaphragm having two diaphragm portions on a same plane, and a second diaphragm having two diaphragm portions on a same plane disposed to be located to be parallel to or coplanar with the plane of the first diaphragm, each of the diaphragm portions of the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm constitute a portion of a different pump chamber, and the drive mechanism is configured to move the diaphragm portions of the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm forward or backward with respect to the corresponding pump chambers with a predetermined phase difference.

The pump comprises a housing, a first output port provided on the housing and a second output port provided on the housing. At least one of the first and second output ports has an integrated check valve disposed at the respective output port. The integrated check valve is configured to receive fluid discharged from a pump chamber and is in direct fluid communication with the respective output port. The integrated check valve is arranged within the housing.

    摘要: A pumping mechanism is disclosed that includes a plurality of peristaltic pumping actuators configured to selectively and sequentially compress adjacent portions of a first portion of an at least partially compressible pumping element having an inlet that is upstream of an outlet. The plurality of pumping actuators are further configured to reciprocate at a common drive frequency with a first phase offset between each adjacent pair of pumping actuators. The pumping mechanism also includes at least one compensation actuator arranged to selectively compress a second portion of the at least partially compressible pumping element that is disposed between the first portion and the outlet. The at least one compensation actuator is configured to reciprocate at an optimal displacement and at a modulation frequency that is an integer multiple of the fundamental drive frequency and with a second phase offset between the at least one compensation actuator and the adjacent pumping actuator.

The eccentric member includes multiple arms which move up and down due to the rotation of the output shaft. The diaphragm has multiple bladders. Each bladder forms a pump chamber. The bladders are connected with the arms such that the bladders are compressed or expanded due to the movement of the arms. The pump has an air exhaust chamber and an air inlet chamber. The air inlet chamber is connected to the pump chambers via a passage. The passage includes a cavity which overlaps the air exhaust chamber in an axial direction of the motor.

After the liquid in the pump chamber is pressurized by the contraction of the bellows, it is discharged from a discharge check valve.
