摘要: The present invention generally relates to nanowires. In one aspect, the present invention is generally directed to systems and methods of individually addressing nanowires on a surface, e.g., that are substantially upstanding or vertically-oriented with respect to the surface. In some cases, one or more nanowires may be individually addressed using various integrated circuit (“IC”) technologies, such as CMOS. For example, the nanowires may form an array on top of an active CMOs integrated circuit.

摘要: A multi-pole synchronous pulmonary artery radiofrequency ablation catheter may comprise a control handle, a catheter body and an annular ring. One end of the catheter body may be flexible, and the flexible end of the catheter body may be connected to the annular ring. The other end of the catheter body may be connected to the control handle. A shape memory wire may be arranged in the annular ring. One end of the shape memory wire may extend to an end of the annular ring and the other end of the shape memory wire may pass through a root of the annular ring and be fixed on the flexible end of the catheter body. The annular ring may be provided with an electrode group. The device can be used to treat pulmonary hypertension or heart failure with pulmonary denervation.

摘要: Methods and systems for testing and treating spinal cord stimulation (SCS) patients are disclosed. Patients are eventually treated with sub-perception (paresthesia free) therapy. However, supra-perception stimulation is used during “sweet spot searching” during which active electrodes are selected for the patient. This allows sweet spot searching to occur much more quickly and without the need to wash in the various electrode combinations that are tried. After selecting electrodes using supra-perception therapy, therapy is titrated to sub-perception levels using the selected electrodes. Such sub-perception therapy has been investigated using pulses at or below 10 kHz, and it has been determined that a statistically significant correlation exists between pulse width (PW) and frequency (F) in this frequency range at which SCS patients experience significant reduction in symptoms such as back pain. Beneficially, sub-perception stimulation at such low frequencies significantly lowers power consumption in the patient's neurostimulator.

摘要: An example a neurostimulation system may include one or more sensors configured to sense a measure of tissue heating caused by neurostimulation, a stimulation output circuit configured to deliver the neurostimulation, and a stimulation control circuit configured to control the delivery of the neurostimulation using stimulation parameters. The stimulation control circuit may include temperature sensing circuitry and stimulation parameter circuitry. The temperature sensing circuitry may be configured to receive the measure of tissue heating and to determine a temperature parameter representing a temperature or a temperature change using the received measure of tissue heating. The stimulation parameter circuitry may be configured to adjust the stimulation parameters using the temperature parameter and to adjust the stimulation parameters to limit a dosage (energy or charge) based on an operational capability of the stimulation output circuit and the power management circuit and a safety limit related to tissue heating.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a mask pad having EMS electrode pads. Each electrode of the EMS electrode pad may be provided to correspond to the shape and size of the divided area according to the virtual line. The mask pad according to the present invention may minimize the edge current effect by the shape of the electrode to which electric energy is applied. In addition, energy transfer efficiency may be improved by capacitive coupling between the electrode and the skin. In addition, due to the coating of the electrode, a rate of contact with an affected part may be increased so that current may be applied evenly to each part.
