    Abstract: A fluid management method and system, includes: a garment having a sleeve extending from a shoulder portion of the garment, the sleeve having an interior surface and an exterior surface; and a cuff member attached to the exterior surface of the sleeve, the cuff member comprising a flap having a foldable portion and a seam portion, wherein: the seam portion is attached to the exterior surface of the sleeve by a seaming weld, the foldable portion is configured to be placed in a folded position in which it covers the seam portion and an unfolded position in which it extends proximally outwardly from the seam portion and does not cover the seam portion, the seam portion is configured to receive thereon a first O-ring of a first protective glove worn by a user of the fluid management system, and wherein the seam portion prevents distal sliding of the first O-ring.

    Abstract: A multi-layered and reversible sweatband is disclosed. A sweatband may include an outer wicking sheath made of eco-friendly and antimicrobial bamboo blended with a stretchable material such as nylon, lycra or spandex. The sweatband may also include a second wicking sheath having an absorbent material comprised mainly of bamboo maintained with the second wicking sheath. These layers are preferably mirrored and stitched together in such a way that two absorbent layers are facing each other in combination with double wicking layers on each side of the side-by-side absorbent layers. The sweatband maintains its structure without the use of a fastening device and is fully reversible. The sweatband may include multiple designs and ornamentations, and can be placed on multiple body parts due to its variability in sizing based on the length and width of the fabric used. Methods of manufacturing sweatbands in accordance with the present inventions are also disclosed.

    Abstract: A thermal lactation garment includes a back panel, a front panel, and two sleeves of a thermally insulating fabric, having a neck opening, a torso opening, and two sleeve openings. The front panel has two apertures with moisture wicking fabric panels attached across the apertures. Closures detachably connect the moisture wicking fabric panels and the front panel above the apertures. The garment allows a mother to remain warm while breastfeeding by exposing only one breast, with the absorbent fabric panels absorbing and wicking moisture away to keep the mother dry.
