摘要: A vaporizer device for an inhaler comprises at least one electric vaporizer for vaporizing liquid fed to the vaporizer, wherein the liquid is transported by capillary forces from an inlet side through at least one liquid channel to an outlet side, where vaporized liquid can be added to an air stream, a carrier retaining the vaporizer, and at least one electrical line electrically contacting the vaporizer. The electrical line comprises a planar contact area, and the vaporizer and the planar contact area of the electrical line are materially and electrically conductively bonded to each other.

摘要: A heating device includes at least two heat emitting bodies, at least one conductive portion, and an insulator. The plurality of heat emitting bodies are spaced apart along a first direction, with a clearance provided between two adjacent heat emitting bodies. The two adjacent heat emitting bodies are connected by the conductive portion. The conductive portion is separate from the clearance. The insulator overlays at least a part of a surface of the heat emitting body. In the heating device, a plurality of heat emitting bodies are spaced apart along the first direction, and a clearance is formed, thereby facilitating bending and deformation of the heating device in a clearance region between the adjacent heat emitting bodies. The conductive portion that connects the two adjacent heat emitting bodies is separate from the clearance.

The cover main body portion includes: a base material formed of a resin material and having a transmission property of an electromagnetic wave from the transmission unit; an undercoat layer formed on a rear surface of the base material and having the transmission property of the electromagnetic wave from the transmission unit; a heater portion that is formed of copper in a band shape on a rear surface of the undercoat layer, is configured to generate heat by being energized, and adheres to the base material via the undercoat layer; and a SiO2 coating film having the transmission property of the electromagnetic wave from the transmission unit and covering the heater portion.

摘要: A gas sensor element has an electrolyte layer, a first insulator, a second insulator, a measurement gas chamber, and a reference gas chamber. The electrolyte layer includes a holding plate and a solid electrolyte body. The first insulator is laminated on one side of the electrolyte layer, and the second insulator is laminated on the other side of the electrolyte layer. At least a part of the boundary portion between the placement hole and the solid electrolyte body is sandwiched between a first sandwiching portion of the first insulator and a second sandwiching portion of the second insulator.

A method for making a heater for an aerospace component includes forming an electrical heating element on a layer of glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic film substrate, applying two opposing thermoplastic layers on opposing sides of the intermediate layer, and applying heat and pressure to the layers to join the layers together, in which the thermoplastic material contains an inorganic filler material.

摘要: A planar heating element according to the present invention is configured such that a pair of wires are inserted into a matrix formed by forming a base resin and a conductive material, so that heat is generated by means of electrical resistance that is generated inside the matrix when power is applied, wherein the planar heating element has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture and can achieve a sufficient heating effect regardless of thermal conductivity. In addition, the planar heating element is divided into a heating part and a non-heating part, and the heating part and the non-heating part are integrally manufactured through a double injection molding method. Thus, the present invention has advantages in that various shapes of planar heating elements can be manufactured and that manufacturing costs and manufacturing time can be reduced due to the manufacturing process being simple.
