    Abstract: A method of configuring a polysurface object contains: connecting a peripheral area of an electric heating film with a connection face of the polysurface object via a fixing unit. A heat unit of the electric heating film is spaced a distance from the connection face. Thereby, water mists forming on the inner fence of the lampshade or melting snows on the lampshade is avoidable. Preferably, the distance is not changeable based on the change of the curvature of the lampshade in the single curvature change or the multiple curvature changes to maintain a flatness of the heat unit, thus prevent bending and fracture of the multiple heating wires and an electric heat failure.

    Abstract: An illuminator for a vehicle includes a light-source unit, a reflective member, a shade, a projection lens, and an outer-lens member. The outer-lens member includes a light-transmissive part and a slat. The slat has a flat plate shape whose thicknesswise direction coincides with a vehicle top-bottom direction of the vehicle and extending in a vehicle widthwise direction of the vehicle. The slat includes a slope inclining toward a vehicle lower side while extending toward the vehicle front side, a reflective layer disposed at a vehicle-upper-side surface of the slat, and a heat-absorbing layer disposed at the vehicle-lower-side surface of the slat.

    Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure relate to techniques for headlamp heater control. In examples, a headlight assembly comprises a heater, which is used to prevent or remove condensation/precipitation on a lens of the headlamp assembly. Given it may be difficult for an individual to know when to manually turn the headlamp heater on, an electronic control unit (ECU) may evaluate a set of rules to determine when to automatically enable or disable the headlamp heater. The rules may be associated with atmospheric conditions outside the vehicle, the state of the vehicle (e.g., whether windshield wipers are turned on, whether windshield defog is enabled, whether a mirror heater is turned on, etc.), and/or user input received by an ECU of the vehicle, among other examples.

    Abstract: A headlight is disclosed, comprising a headlight body, a temperature sensor, an IR module, a low beam module, and a controller. The headlight body has a housing and a lampshade. The lampshade has a light-absorbing and heating layer. The temperature sensor is configured inside the headlight body, to detect the temperature of the lamp. The IR module is a wide-angle LED lamp, positioned inside the headlight body, and It directly irradiates toward the lampshade. The low beam module is configured inside the headlight body, emitting toward the lampshade, and an emitting direction of the low beam module crosses an irradiating direction of the IR module. The controller is electrically connected to the IR module and the temperature sensor, and turns on/off the IR module based on the temperature of the lamp.
