b. transferring the assembly into the mounting position (P1) with respect to the motor vehicle headlight housing (200),
c. transferring the lens (100) onto the motor vehicle headlight housing (200) in a fixing position and subsequently fixing the lens (100) to the motor vehicle headlight housing (200) by means of vibration welding,
d. transferring the assembly into the end position (P2).-

摘要: A vehicle lighting unit ensures support rigidity of a substrate connection part in the front-rear direction without increasing components. The vehicle lighting unit includes a light source part, a power feeding member, a heat dissipation member, and a socket. The light source part has a light-emitting element, and a substrate connected to the light-emitting element. The power feeding member supplies power to the light source part. The heat dissipation member is mounted with the light source part. The socket is assembled on the rear side opposite to the front surface of the heat dissipation member mounted with the light source part. In the vehicle lighting unit, the substrate and the power feeding member are electrically connected by the substrate connection part. The heat dissipation member integrally has an extension support unit that supports at least the substrate connection part in placement in a front-rear direction of the heat dissipation member.

摘要: A LiDAR sensor unit is configured to detect information of an outside area of a vehicle with sensing light. A cover covers the LiDAR sensor unit so as to allow passage of the sensing light while forming a part of an outer surface of the vehicle. A strain gage is disposed on the cover and configured to output a strain signal corresponding to strain generated in the cover. A processor is configured to detect a foreign substance adhered to the cover based on the strain signal.

摘要: A headlight for a motor vehicle includes a housing which is provided with a translucent cover pane to allow light to exit from the headlight and in which a first lighting device and a second lighting device are located. The first lighting device is provided for generating at least one portion of a dipped beam and/or a full beam of the headlight, and the second lighting device is provided for generating at least one portion of a limiting light and/or a daytime running light of the headlight. The headlight also includes a diaphragm which is opaque in a predefined diaphragm section except for a plurality of light exit points provided therein. Light is emitted via the predefined diaphragm section toward the cover pane by the second lighting device in order to generate the at least one portion of the limiting light and/or the daytime running light.

This vehicular lamp comprises: a light source; glass disposed in front of the light source; a housing supporting the light source and the glass and forming the exterior; a thermoelectric element unit which generates cold wind and warm wind by introducing air outside the housing into the housing; a first flow path through which one of the cold wind or the warm wind generated in the thermoelectric element unit flows into the housing; and a second flow path through which the other one of the cold wind or the warm wind is discharged outside the housing. The thermoelectric element includes: a first part connected to the first flow path and generating one of cold air or warm air; a second part connected to the second flow path and generating the other one of the cold air or the warm air; a body part which partitions arrange spaces for the first part and the second part and has an opening formed in the bottom surface; a first fan which is disposed in the opening of the body part and generates an inflow of air from the lower side to the upper side; and a second fan which is disposed inside the housing and circulates the air that has flowed into the first flow path.

摘要: A hybrid function LED auxiliary lamp is provided. The auxiliary lamp comprises a housing and a lighting assembly disposed within the housing.
