    Abstract: A base station is disclosed, including an information size adjusting section configured to adjust a size of control information based on a first basic information size of control information mapped on a user equipment (UE) specific search space in a first component carrier. The base station also includes a transmitter configured to transmit the control information mapped on the UE specific search space. A first determination method for determining the first basic information size is different from a second determination method for determining a second basic information size of control information mapped on a common search space in the first component carrier. The first determination method for determining the first basic information size is different from a third determination method for determining a third basic information size of control information mapped on a search space in a second component carrier that is different from the first component carrier.

    Abstract: According to one aspect of the invention, there is provided a method for supporting a relay broadcast, comprising the steps of: acquiring real-time data containing videos or audios captured or recorded in real time by at least one device, and acquiring non-real-time data containing pre-stored videos or audios; according to an editing input from a user, extracting processed non-real-time data of the same format as the real-time data from the non-real-time data, and generating metadata related to editing of a relay broadcast content containing the real-time data and the processed non-real-time data; and transmitting the real-time data and the processed non-real-time data contained in the relay broadcast content and the metadata to another device or an external server.

    Abstract: A broadcast receiving apparatus includes a reception unit, sound controlling unit, and determination unit. The reception unit receives a signal of an analog broadcast and a signal of a digital broadcast having the same broadcast content. The sound controlling unit performs, when an output of the broadcast receiving apparatus switched into the analog broadcast from the digital broadcast, a switching control of switching the output into the analog broadcast from the digital broadcast so that an acoustic characteristic of the output digital broadcast gradually approaches an acoustic characteristic of the analog broadcast based on a reception intensity of the signal of the analog broadcast. The determination unit determines, after the sound controlling unit starts the switching control, whether or not the switching control performed by the sound controlling unit is to be continued, based on reception state of the signal of the digital broadcast.
