Abstract: Disclosed, according to various embodiments, are a method for a UE transmitting a sidelink signal in a wireless communication system supporting a sidelink, and a device therefor. Disclosed is a method for transmitting a sidelink signal and a device therefor, the method comprising the steps of: measuring state information including mobility information; receiving a first sidelink signal including control information; and determining whether to transmit a second sidelink signal, wherein, on the basis of the control information, including information on a cluster area, and the state information, including information on a location included in the cluster area, a UE monitors the receiving or not of a third sidelink signal transmitted by other UEs during a predetermined duration, and whether to transmit the second sidelink signal is determined on the basis of the result of the monitoring.

Abstract: The Disclosed are a method for a UE to transmit a first message in a wireless communication system supporting sidelink, and a device for same according to various embodiments. The method for transmitting a first message includes the steps of: measuring location information pertaining to the UE and transmitting the first message; receiving a second message; and determining whether to stop the transmission of the first message on the basis of the location information and the second message, wherein, when information about a specific area is included in the second message that is received with a reception strength equal to or greater than a first reference threshold, the UE estimates whether a vehicle is occupied on the basis of the acquired specific area and the location information, and stops the transmission of the first message on the basis of the estimation of vehicle occupancy.

Abstract: An apparatus for receiving a broadcast signal includes a tuner configured to receive a broadcast signal; a time deinterleaver configured to time deinterleave a Time Interleaving (TI) block in the broadcast signal, the TI block including one or more Forward Error Correction (FEC) blocks interleaved by a TI scheme, the TI scheme including column-writing one or more FEC blocks in a memory and diagonal-reading the one or more FEC block based on the TI block by skipping one or more virtual FEC blocks that are ahead of the one or more FEC blocks in the TI block; a decoder configured to decode the broadcast signal, the decoded broadcast signal including a signal frame including first symbols including first information for representing whether or not emergency information is included in the signal frame, a second symbol for physical layer parameters following the first symbols, the second symbol including second information for representing whether or not fast channel scan information for the broadcast signal is included in the signal frame, and third symbols, that follows the second symbol, including one or more components included in a content of a service and component information including role information for at least one of an audio component, a video component or a closed caption component of the one or more components, the role information for the video component including at least one of a sign language insert or an alternative view; and a displayer configured to display information related to the content based on the role information of the one or more components of the content in the decoded broadcast signal.
