摘要: Systems and methods are provided for controlling and simulating a motor. An electronic motor controller determines present motor information and a motor control parameter set based on the present motor information and a rotating reference frame of the motor. The rotating reference frame has independent input channels that decouple an intended output response in a stator D-axis component and a rotor field (R) component of a direct-quadrature-null-rotor (DQNR) reference frame. The electronic motor controller further controls the motor based on the motor control parameter set.

An illustrative method includes, in some aspects: receiving at least one set of previous parameter values including a first previous parameter value indicative of a first operational parameter of the pump motor at a previous time, earlier than the target time, and a second previous parameter value indicative of a second operational parameter of the pump motor at the previous time, and receiving a current set of parameter values including a first current parameter value indicative of the first operational parameter of the pump motor at the target time and a second current parameter value indicative of the second operational parameter of the pump motor at the target time.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for operating an electric machine (1), in particular of a motor vehicle, that has a stator (4) and a rotor (2), wherein the stator (4) has a stator winding (5) having at least three phases (U, V, W), and wherein the rotor is arranged/arrangeable on a rotor shaft (3), wherein a time-invariant differential equation modelling the machine (1) is taken as a basis for ascertaining a desired current value (Idesired,fl) for the stator winding (5) for producing a required torque and/or a required rotation speed, wherein the desired current value (Idesired,fl) is compared with an actual current value (Iactual,fl) of the stator winding (5), which actual current value corresponds to electric phase currents (IU, IV, IW) flowing through the phases (U, V, W), and wherein the comparison is taken as a basis for passing current through the phases (U, V, W) such that a difference from the actual current value (Iactual,fl) to the desired current value (Idesired,fl) is reduced. There is provision for the time-invariant differential equation to be ascertained on the basis of a periodic, linear differential equation by means of a Floquet transformation.

According to this configuration, simulation accuracy of a control system is improved.

The drive system includes a variable frequency drive device to generate electrical signals that effect rotation of the rotatable shaft of the motor in order to rotate the fan.

摘要: An initial rotor position detection device based on a permanent-magnet synchronous motor, including a host computer, a real-time simulation system, and a control system, where the real-time simulation system is connected to the control system, for determining an encoder pulse signal according to the model parameter of the permanent-magnet synchronous motor, the model parameter of the inverter, and a PWM pulse wave generated by the control system; and the control system is connected to the real-time simulation system, for using a binary search algorithm to determine an initial rotor angle of the permanent-magnet synchronous motor according to the encoder pulse signal sent by the real-time simulation system. A comprehensive closed-loop test circuit can be achieved by setting a host computer, a real-time simulation system, and a control system, and a used binary search algorithm can effectively and quickly detect an initial rotor position of a permanent-magnet synchronous motor.
