摘要： A motor includes a rotor equipped with a magnet magnetized in multiple poles, a stator yoke having claw poles with plural pole teeth disposed opposing to one another and arranged in a cylindrical shape extending in an axial direction and around an outer periphery of the rotor in a circumferential direction, a bobbin formed from a coil wound around the stator yoke, and a cylindrical motor case that houses the rotor, the stator yoke and the bobbin. The cylindrical motor case is formed from conductive material and uses as at least a part of the yoke. The motor case defines generally parallel planes tangential to an outer periphery of the coil, and has side wall sections extending in close proximity to the parallel planes and defining plane opening sections, and a part of an outer peripheral surface of the coil of the bobbin protrudes from the opening sections.

摘要： A molded part is formed of an insulating resin such that a stator, electronic components, and a circuit substrate are included inside the molded part. A protective layer for preventing breakage of electrical connection that might occur due to expansion or shrinkage of the molded part is provided at least between the electronic components and the molded part. The protective layer is formed of an insulating material having shear adhesion strength smaller than that of an insulating resin of the molded part that has been cured. The shear adhesion strength and the thickness of the protective layer are defined so that, when the expansion or shrinkage which might cause the breakage of the electrical connection has taken place in the insulating resin of the molded part, separation between the electronic components and the protective layer can be caused.

摘要： An excimer laser apparatus in which deterioration of the laser gas in the laser container can be suppressed, and damage to the magnetic bearings caused by the laser gas can be suppressed, and which can be reduced in size and operated efficiently, and has low power consumption. Each electromagnet (stator) (7-1) of a magnetic bearing (7) for supporting a rotary shaft (4) of a circulation fan 3 includes excitation coils. Each of the coils is arranged as one unit by embedding a coil body in a ceramic or glass type hardened material which is non-magnetic and has corrosion resistance against a laser gas. The excitation coils are attached to magnetic poles. Alternatively, coil wires (108b) of a radial magnetic bearing (108) can be isolated from a corrosive atmosphere by means of a separation wall (124) while projecting portions of cores (108b) extend through the separation wall (124) and are exposed toward a magnetic bearing rotor (108f).

摘要： In a stepping motor, stator yokes have a plurality of comb-tooth-shaped magnetic poles 5b, 6b, 7b and 8b in such a manner that the comb-tooth-shaped magnetic poles are opposed to each other coaxially to a rotor portion made from a permanent magnet magnetized to have multiple magnetic poles, and an excitation coil is fitted on the external circumference of the stator yokes and the excitation coil and the stator yokes are surrounded by a frame yoke. Each of the yokes is formed of an Fe—Cr alloy having a predetermined ferrite single-phase structure so that occurrence of eddy currents in an alternating-current magnetic field is suppressed.

摘要： An electrical junction box or mounting assembly includes a box having a top wall and a side wall. The side wall extends downwardly away from the top wall and defines a cavity therein. A hole is provided in the side wall, and a fixture support is disposed in the hole. The fixture support may be made of metal, and the side wall and/or top wall may be made of plastic. The fastener may be a stud having a threaded hole therein. Flutes may be provided on the stud for engaging with the plastic/metal side wall for preventing rotation of the stud. An adhesive sufficiently strong to adhere the junction box to a downwardly facing surface may be provided on the top wall of the junction box. The adhesive may be in the form of double-sided tape. A method of extruding junction boxes includes extruding at least the side wall of the box and attaching a top wall thereto.
