摘要: The battery cooling device that cools a battery by circulating a refrigerant by a compressor and cools air blown into a vehicle compartment, and when the battery is being rapidly charged, the rotation speed of the compressor is increased. More specifically, the upper limit rotation speed of the compressor is increased to a predetermined rotation speed. At this time, the predetermined number of revolutions is determined based on a maximum allowable noise level at the time of rapid charge of the battery.

摘要: The embodiments of this application relate to the technical field of battery, and in particular, to a thermal management system, a method and an equipment. In this thermal management system, a compressor and a condenser form a cooling loop with a thermal exchange pipeline of the battery, and a compressor and an evaporator form a heating loop with a thermal exchange pipeline, so that this thermal management system can provide both cooling and heating for battery, in comparison with the direct cooling system and heating film, this thermal management system features simple structure and high reliability. In addition, the locations of the condenser and the evaporator can be reasonably arranged as required to achieve the secondary utilization of hot air and cold air.

摘要: An electric storage module includes: a cooling plate with a predetermined thickness between a front surface and a rear surface, with the front surface and the rear surface functioning as cooling surfaces by a coolant flowing in the cooling plate; a first battery row made up with a plurality of battery cells, to be cooled by the cooling plate, arrayed along a predetermined direction, with one end surfaces of the battery cells being coupled with the front surface of the cooling plate so as to achieve thermal conduction; and a second battery row made up with a plurality of battery cells, to be cooled by the cooling plate, arrayed along a predetermined direction, with one end surfaces of the battery cells being coupled with the rear surface of the cooling plate so as to achieve thermal conduction.

摘要: A method and system for controlling a temperature control system based on both system reliability and battery state is disclosed. Batteries may supply power to places where the power grid is unavailable. The batteries may be housed in containers, with the temperature and humidity of the containers being controlled using a temperature control system. The system and method disclosed may select the temperature setpoint and humidity setpoint in order to operate the batteries within prescribed temperature and humidity values, while considering both the state of health of the batteries (e.g., the battery state of charge) and the state of health of the temperature control system (e.g., the failure of the compressors). In this way, the batteries may be operated within prescribed limits while accounting for both the health of the batteries and the health of the temperature control system.

Each of the battery cells includes an anode current collector, an anode material on the anode current collector, a cathode current collector, a cathode material on the cathode current collector, and a solid-state electrolyte sandwiched between the anode material and the cathode material for transporting ions between the anode material and the cathode material. The battery system also includes a pressure vessel. The battery pack is inside of the pressure vessel, and the pressure vessel includes a gas inlet and a gas outlet.

The assembly includes a battery module configured to house a battery unit, wherein the battery module includes a battery cell and a cooling plate configured to stabilize battery cell temperature. The assembly includes a fire wall configured to intercept ejecta debris from the battery cell. The assembly includes an airgap configured to contain the ejecta debris between the firewall and the battery cell. The assembly includes a headspace configured to tolerate the ejecta debris on top of the battery cell, wherein the headspace includes an ejecta vent configured to vent the ejecta debris.

摘要: An energy storage system includes at least one battery pack and a thermal management system. The battery pack includes a cooling plate and a battery cell. The cooling plate comes in contact with the battery cell to transfer heat energy. The thermal management system includes a control unit, a compressor, a heat exchanger, and at least one first control valve. The control unit is configured to: when a battery cell temperature of the battery pack is greater than or equal to a first temperature threshold, control the compressor to compress a thermal management medium, so that a thermal management medium flows into the heat exchanger; and control opening of the first control valve to control the thermal management medium to flow into the cooling plate in the battery pack to exchange heat with the battery cell, to decrease the battery cell temperature.
