摘要: Systems and methods are provided for imaging of soft and hard tissues with ultrasound. Such systems and methods can provide for non-contact and quantitative ultrasound images of bone and soft tissue. A method for imaging a biological body segment of soft and hard tissues includes setting geometry and material properties according to a model of the biological body segment to thereby generate a simulated time series data set. The method further includes collecting reflective and transmissive time series data of the biological body segment to thereby form an experimental time series data set and minimizing a difference between the simulated time series data set and the experimental time series data set, thereby imaging the biological body segment. Regularizing travel-time and/or using full waveform tomographic techniques with level set methods enable recovery of cortical bone geometry.

摘要: A hybridoma cell line of secreting cyproheptadine monoclonal antibodies with a preservation number of CGMCC No. 14699 belongs to the field of food safety immunological detection. BALB/c mice are immunized through one time immunization with complete freund's adjuvant, three times of booster immunization with incomplete freund's adjuvant and one time of rush immunization with cyproheptadine complete antigen without adjuvant; the spleen cells from BALB/C mice immunized with high potency and low value of IC50 are fused with murine myeloma cells; and then the hybridoma cell line is obtained through indirect competitive ELISA screening and three sub-clones. The monoclonal antibody secreted by this cell line has good specificity and detection sensitivity to cyproheptadine (value of IC50 is 0.37 ng/ml), being suitable for detection of cyproheptadine in food.

摘要: The present invention relates to the technical field of identification on adulterated meat, and in particular, to a method for identifying raw meat and high-quality fake meat based on a gradual linear array change of a component. The present invention spatially characterizes changing rules of featured components in the meat with the utilization of sensitivities of the visible/near-infrared spectral signals to changes of the components in the meat and the advantage that spectral scanning can acquire optical signals of the samples spatially and consecutively, further constructs the identification model according to differences in components and spectra of a region of interest in the hyperspectral image by taking a derivative for characterizing rates of change of the featured components.

Respective spectra of food products for a plurality of segments of a line are received at a controller from at least one line-scan dispersive spectrometer configured to acquire respective spectra of the food products for the plurality of segments of the line.
