In one embodiment, a vacuum valve comprising at least one sealing O-ring; and a pressure monitoring tape on a mating surface on a vacuum processing chamber, wherein the pressure monitoring tape is configured to perform a pressure profile mapping between the mating surface on the vacuum processing chamber and a surface of the at least one sealing O-ring on the vacuum valve to determine a closing condition of the vacuum valve.

摘要: The present application discloses a self-locking linear guide rail channel detection device, comprising: a detection platform for placing the guide rail to be detected; a detection device arranged on the detection platform; a conveying device connected with the detection device and is configured to push the detection device to slide horizontally along the detection platform; a locking device configured to fix the guide rail to be detected. In the present application, the guide rail to be detected is fixed on the placing platform by the vertical clamping mechanism and the side positioning and clamping mechanism, and a U-shaped groove linear motor drives the detection device to detect the channel of the linear guide rail, which greatly improves the detection accuracy and saves money. It reduces the labor cost; it is of great significance to promote the development of the bearing guide industry.

摘要: A rapid detection tool for a coaxial relationship based on a photosensitive material and a detection method using the same are used to detect coaxiality of two through-holes in the same workpiece to be detected. An image processing unit and a control unit are mounted outside a light-shielding box. Light sources, cameras, sensors, and an air cylinder are mounted in the light-shielding box. A photosensitive plate coated with a photosensitive resin is placed between the two holes, and two sides are irradiated by the light sources. Coordinates of centers of circular patterns formed on the photosensitive plate are calculated so that a coaxial relationship between the two holes can be accurately obtained. An output rod of the air cylinder is controlled to extend outward to reject a workpiece to be detected not meeting requirements.

摘要: A method for diagnosing faults includes receiving a system description of a thermal hydraulic system, the system description indicating a plurality of components and sensors. The method also includes constructing, based on physical conservations laws and using the system description, a plurality of physics-based models for the plurality of components, each of the plurality of physics-based models including unknown parameters. The method further includes receiving historical measurements and calibrating the physics-based models by calculating the unknown parameters of each of the physics-based models using the historical measurements to produce calibrated models. The method also includes receiving sensor measurements of the sensors, and calculating residuals corresponding to differences between measurements predicted by the plurality of calibrated models and the sensor measurements. The method also includes determining, based on the calculated residuals, a fault of a component or a sensor, and generating an alert indicating the fault.

摘要: The present invention discloses a pump for measuring a pressure of fluid to be transferred, a fluid transport system using the same, and a method for operating the system. The pump includes a pumping portion alternately generating a positive pressure and a negative pressure; a first diaphragm which is provided on one side of the pumping portion and of which a shape is changed as the positive pressure and the negative pressure are alternately generated; a transport chamber which sucks and discharges a transport target fluid corresponding to the deformation of the first diaphragm; a second diaphragm which is provided on the other side of the pumping portion; a monitoring chamber which is provided on one side of the second diaphragm and of which a pressure changes corresponding to the deformation of the second diaphragm; and a pressure measuring portion measuring a pressure change of the monitoring chamber.
