    摘要: A pneumatic exhaust controller for use with a source of pressurized air comprises a manifold having a first portal coupled to the source of pressurized air, a second portal, and an exhaust portal. Two manifold embodiments are disclosed. Two regulator embodiments that operate to close the exhaust portal in response to pressurized air from the air source being communicated through the first portal and that operate to pass pressurized air from the pressurized air source to the second portal are disclosed. The regulators are situated in chambers of respective manifolds. A solenoid valve is coupled to each of the manifolds and is operable to block and unblock pneumatic communication between the respective first portal and the associated second and exhaust portals.

The latching mechanism causes latching, with a predetermined latching force, of the plunger to the first opening, and energization of the first coil along a predetermined first polarity causes at least a reduction of the latching force. The plunger has a first end towards the first opening and a second end towards the second opening, and a magnetic field extensor extends a first pole of the magnetic field produced by the first coil to the first end of the plunger. The extensor comprises a hollow cylindrical ferrous member terminated by a ferrous endpiece and is movable, with the plunger, relative to the first opening.

    摘要: A three-port fluid selector valve is formed to have a large flow coefficient while making a structure of the valve compact. This three-port fluid selector valve allows fluid which has flowed from an inlet port 41 into a valve chamber 12 in a valve casing 1 to flow out of two outlet ports 42 and 43. Valve seats 13 and 31 communicating with the respective outlet ports are provided to opposite walls of the valve chamber 12 facing each other and a poppet-type valve body 5 for being selectively seated on the valve seats to connect the inlet port to one of the outlet ports and to close the other of the outlet ports is disposed in the valve chamber. The valve seats are formed in recessed shapes in the valve chamber 12 and provided to inner bottom portions of valve seat holes 17 and 18 having depths in which at least a half of a thickness of the valve body 5 at a periphery of the valve body 5 is embedded and suppresses reduction of the flow coefficient.

    摘要: A switchover valve for switching over from one supply of pressure fluid to another supply thereof in response to failing or failure of the one supply. The valve has a valve body having two inlets for connection thereto of the respective pressure fluid supplies and an outlet. A valve member is movable in the valve body between a position establishing communication for delivery of fluid from one inlet to the outlet and blocking flow from the other inlet to the outlet and a position establishing communication for delivery of fluid from the other inlet to the outlet and blocking flow from the one inlet to the outlet. The valve member is subject to pressure of fluid supplied to the one inlet for moving it from the first-mentioned position to the second-mentioned position and to pressure of fluid supplied to the other inlet for moving it from the second-mentioned position to the first-mentioned position. A latch for latching the valve member in one or the other of its positions is movable between a latching position engaging the valve member and a retracted position clearing the valve member for movement. The latch is biased toward the retracted position and is held in latching position against the bias by pressure of fluid delivered by the valve member in one or the other of its positions. The latch moves to the retracted position under the bias upon a drop in pressure of fluid delivered by the valve member in either of its positions.

    摘要: A valve includes a bobbin/valve body, a solenoid and a plunger. The bobbin/valve body is formed in one piece, defines all of the valve's inlet/outlet ports and forms the entire support structure for the solenoid and the plunger. To assemble the valve, a plunger body is inserted into the bobbin/valve body through an end opening into a longitudinal bore and a spring positioned to bias the plunger body to a normally closed position. A pole piece is then inserted through the end opening into the longitudinal bore and attached to the bobbin/valve body. A solenoid coil is wound around a central cylindrical section of the bobbin/valve body, and terminal pins and a flux conductor are attached to the bobbin/valve body. The attachment of the pole piece, the terminal pins, and/or the flux conductor may be accomplished by press-fit and/or swage coupling techniques.

    摘要: A three-way flow control valve for refrigeration cycles having two parallel heat exchangers is disclosed. This valve is designed to selectively feed refrigerant to both heat exchangers, or one of the two heat exchangers as desired. The three-way flow control valve of this invention consists of a hollow cylindrical casing opened at its first and second ends. A first valve housing is held in the first end of the casing, and is provided with a first refrigerant outlet and a first orifice formed in the first refrigerant outlet. A second valve housing is held in the second end of the casing, and is provided with a refrigerant inlet and a second refrigerant outlet, and a second orifice formed between the refrigerant inlet and the second refrigerant outlet. A first valve means is axially set within the first valve housing so as to be axially movable to control the opening ratio of the first orifice. A second valve means is axially set within the second valve housing so as to be axially movable to control the opening ratio of the second orifice. An actuation means is set between the first and second valve housings while allowing the two valve housings to communicate with each other, and actuates the first and second valve means.
