    摘要: A spacer device for roller elements of a toroidal roller bearing includes an inner ring and an outer ring. The toroidal roller bearing allows for axial and angular displacement between the inner and outer rings. The spacer device comprises a first roller element-contacting surface and a second roller element-contacting surface on opposite sides thereof. First and second roller-contacting surfaces are arranged to separate two adjacent roller elements in a tangential direction of the toroidal roller bearing when the spacer device is in use. Each of the first and second roller element-contacting surfaces has a concave shape adapted to conform to respective convex contacting surfaces of the roller elements. The spacer device comprises end members that have projections that extend outwards from first and second roller-contacting surfaces and which are arranged to extend at least partly over the ends of two adjacent roller elements when the spacer device is in use.

    摘要: An ultrathin cross-roller bearing composed of outer and inner rings, more than one roller rolling through between the outer and inner rings, and a separator interposed between any two adjoining rollers. With the ultrathin cross-roller bearing constructed as stated earlier, the separator lying between the adjoining rollers is in the form of right cylinder better for keeping constantly the roller in proper posture, getting the bearing itself downsized and lightweight as small as possible, and further making sure of positive lubrication. The outer and inner rings are each made into one-piece construction. The inner ring has an inside diameter in a range of from 20 mm to 50 mm. The roller used in the ultrathin cross-roller bearing has a diameter of 2 mm to render a transverse section given by a product of a radial height and a bearing width in transverse section small or ultrathin in thickness.

    摘要: Emergence of fretting worn powder is to be suppressed, and intrusion of the worn powder that has emerged into an internal area of the bearing. A ring spacer is interposed between an end face of an inner ring of the bearing to be mounted on a wheel axle, and an end face of a rear cover (ring member) to be mounted on the wheel axle for axial positioning of the inner race with respect to the wheel axle. An elastic seal ring is integrally fixed to an outer periphery of the ring spacer. The elastic seal ring is elastically fitted to an outer circumference of a recessed stepped portion formed on the end face of the rear cover. The elastic seal ring is thus pressed against the opposing end faces of the inner race and the rear cover. Inside the elastic seal ring, a storage space for the worn powder is provided.
