Combination of an open and a hidden excavation for constructing a vertical orthogonal top exhausting air duct structure of a deeply-buried subway station is provided. Four horizontal air ducts: left and right piston air ducts, an exhaust air duct, and a fresh air duct are thrown out of the underground, respectively, leading to left and right piston air shafts, an exhaust air shaft, a fresh air shaft, and an entrance/exit of fire-fighting. The fourth underground floor is communicated with the hall floor of the station main body, and the fifth underground floor is communicated with the running tunnel and the platform floor of the station main body. During operation, the train will enter and exit the station through the fifth underground floor of the air duct, and the piston air and heat will enter the four transverse air ducts through the air duct main body.

To construct a tunnel in a formation (11, 15) with zones of high hydraulic pressure (15), a gallery (13) is driven from the stable formation (11) toward the problem formation zone (15). At least one lock zone (19) with pressure-tight gates (23, 23') is constructed under protection of the stable formation (11) at some distance from the problem formation zone (15). Behind this lock zone (19) the gallery (13) is now filled with water (25) and pressurized. Further driving into the problem formation zone (15) and therethrough is now performed under water (25) having a pressure corresponding to the hydraulic pressure of the problem formation zone (15). For this purpose the machines (47, 47', 73) are remote-controlled and are controlled and monitored from the atmospheric zone (17). Material transportation operations are managed substantially via the lock zone (19). The gallery (13) is stabilized against the static rock pressure by a first tunnel lining (71) and sealed against the hydrostatic pressure by a watertight internal ring installed inside the first tunnel lining.

The present invention is a system for the robotic fabrication of a set of parallel pipelines or tunnels along a curvilinear path without limitation as to distance, direction and depth. A large diameter bore is made by a boring unit as the boring unit moves tangentially along the path through the earth. Prefabricated segments of the pipeline body or tunnel body are then installed by the system at a plurality of locations in the bore, such that their axes are instantaneously parallel to each other and to the large diameter bore, as extensions of the duct body already installed. The annular space between the extensions and the large diameter bore is then occasionally filled along the ducts with a composite material thereby supporting the several smaller diameter structurally independent permanent ducts in the large diameter bore. The prefabricated duct segments function as the structural body of the ducts. Along those segments of the path not through solid material, the prefabricated segments, as successively installed, structurally function as a cantilever bridge through the non-solid region of the path.

The present disclosure provides a multi-factor quantitative analysis method for deformation of a neighborhood tunnel. The method includes the following steps: analyzing monitoring data generated at a tunnel site; simulating collapse occurring at a shallow buried section of a tunnel; determining the degree of influence of each factor on the tunnel and a stratum; and determining quantitative influence of each factor on tunnel deformation. The present disclosure can not only provide an accurate theoretical basis for the construction of the shallow buried section of the small-distance tunnel, but also guarantee safety and cost saving during tunnel construction.
