The system includes one or more of a first bellows assembly, which includes a first bellows block, a second bellows block, a first pumping bellow, and first and second seals. The first bellows assembly includes a master fluid inlet port configured to receive a fluid and route the fluid to a first coupling. The second bellows block includes a master fluid outlet port and configured to route the fluid in a pressurized state from a second coupling to the master fluid outlet port. The first pumping bellow includes first and second bellow ports, the first pumping bellow oriented between the first and second couplings and coupled to a pump configured to pressurize the fluid. The first seal is disposed between the first coupling and the first bellow port and the second seal is disposed between the second coupling and the second bellow port.

    摘要: A precision pump system having a motor driver for accurately and repeatedly delivering process fluid, (e.g., photo chemicals) using a pumping fluid with minimal process fluid loss to a fabrication process and whereby the motor driver can be easily and quickly replaced without interrupting the fluid flow path. This is accomplished with the use of a gas removal reservoir having at least one vertical partition therein and at least one free end near a top side of the gas removal reservoir where both the input and output to the gas removal reservoir are located on a bottom surface and a pumping fluid reservoir that are associated with the pump, either integrated with the pump or closely adjacent. In addition, this precision pump system can be remotely monitored, viewed and controlled over the Internet. In addition, trapped process fluid within a downstream filtering block can be recirculated to the gas removal reservoir when trapped gas in the filter is removed. Furthermore, a nitrogen gas source is connected to the gas removal reservoir via a valve in case a need to insert a gas is required. Alternative system embodiments are shown for recirculating process fluid back to the gas removal reservoir and/or the source line. Another alternative system has the pumping chamber coupled to the gas removal reservoir input.

    摘要: A liquid pumping, handling and spraying system for liquid compositions and especially those liquid coating compositions having a suspension of metal particulate therein which tends to settle out of suspension of metal particulate therein which tends to settle out of suspension quite rapidly and which includes metal particulate having an affinity for adherence to metal surfaces. A fluid supply system is provided which accomplishes continuous agitation of the liquid composition to sprayed to maintain the metal particulate thereof in properly entrained suspension and even distribution with the liquid carrier fluid and which permits the use of low cost, lightweight containers for the liquid supply. A packingless pump is provided for pressurized delivery of the liquid composition from the supply container to a packingless spray gun. The packingless pump achieves pumping of liquid by hydro mechanical deformation of polymer variable volume pump chambers which induce intermittent suction and pressurization of the liquid for pumping and which have externally mounted check valve heads for controlling the flowing of the pumped liquid from the supply container to the spray gun. The packingless spray gun employs a body of resilient polymer which functions as a columnar spring to control the opening and closing movement of a spray valve assembly. Valve seats of the check valve head and spray gun assembly may be of flexible nature to ensure efficient separation of metal particulate therefrom. Metal operational components of the check valve head and spray gun, such as valve stems and valves define outer surfaces composed of titanium to minimize metal particulate adherence thereto.

    摘要: A diaphragm pump especially suited for use in a high pressure application. The pump is devised to replenish any hydraulic fluid lost from a motor chamber, especially that fluid forced past the seals circumscribing a reciprocating plunger that is partially inserted into the motor chamber and is used as a means to alternately generate and release the high pressure that must be generated in the motor chamber to overcome the opposing high pressures existing in a pumping chamber containing a transient fluid. The motor chamber and the pumping chamber are separated by a diaphragm that is displaced according to the pressures in the motor chamber and the pumping chamber. Whenever the pressure generated in the motor chamber is such that the pressure in the pumping chamber is overcome, the pumping chamber shrinks in size and the transient fluid is expelled from the pumping chamber. Whenever the pressure in the motor chamber is released, the pumping chamber increases in size and the transient fluid is drawn into the pumping chamber.

    摘要: A diaphragm pump comprising a drive shaft, a plurality of cylinders whose axes are equi-angularly spaced about the drive shaft axis and each of which axes is normal to the drive shaft axis, a piston received by each cylinder and reciprocable by means coupled to the drive shaft, each cylinder being in communication with a pressure chamber, each pressure chamber being defined by a tubular body and the external surface of a tubular diaphragm received by the tubular body, tbe tubular bodies having their axes parallel to the drive shaft axis and having a one way inlet valve and a one way outlet valve adjacent respective ends of the diaphragm and communicating with the interior thereof, each pressure chamber and associated cylinder being adapted to be filled with liquid whereby upon rotation of the drive shaft, liquid will be displaced between the pressure chambers and their associated cylinders by displacement of the pistons causing the cross sectional areas of the diaphragms to vary thereby to vary the volume and the pressure within the diaphragms to cause displacement of liquid therethrough.
