    摘要: Disclosed are a propylene polymer having a high crystallinity of a boiled heptane-insoluble component contained therein, a high stereoregularity and an extremely long mesochain (continuous propylene units wherein directions of &agr;-methyl carbons are the same as each other), and a process for preparing said polymer. Also disclosed are a propylene block copolymer containing a crystalline polypropylene portion having a high crystallinity of a boiled heptane-insoluble component contained therein, a high stereoregularity and an extremely long mesochain, and a process for preparing said copolymer. Further disclosed is a propylene polymer composition comprising the above propylene polymer or propylene block copolymer and at least one stabilizer selected from a phenol type stabilizer, an organophosphite type stabilizer, a thioether type stabilizer, a hindered amine type stabilizer and a metallic salt of higher aliphatic acid. The propylene polymer of the invention is excellent in rigidity, heat resistance and moisture resistance, and can be favorably used for sheet, film, filament, injection molded product, blow molded product, etc. The propylene block polymer of the invention is well-balanced between rigidity, heat resistance and moisture resistance, and can be favorably used for sheet, filament, injection molded product, blow molded product, etc.

    摘要: Elastomeric block copolymers comprising at least one hard block A composed of styrene monomers and at least one elastomeric block (B/A) composed of styrene monomers and dienes, the glass transition temperature Tg of the block A being more than 25° C. and that of block (B/A) being less than 25° C. and the phase volume ratio of block A to block (B/A) being chosen so that the proportion of the hard phase in the total block copolymer is from 1 to 40% by volume and the amount by weight of the diene is less than 50% by weight, and the relative proportion of 1,2 linkages of the polydiene, based on the sum of 1,2- and 1,4-cis/trans linkages, being below 15%, are prepared by anionic polymerization by means of a lithium alkyl in a nonpolar solvent in the presence of a soluble potassium salt and are used for the production of shaped articles.

    摘要: The present invention relates to multiblock interpolymers having the following symmetric structures and processes for their preparation: Y-X-Y, wherein Y represents a block of a random copolymer of conjugated diene and monovinyl aromatic monomer; and X represents a block of butadiene homopolymer, a block of isoprene homopolymer, or a block of butadiene/isoprene copolymer, and processes for the preparation thereof. The present multiblock interpolymers have in the same molecule both a rubber block of random copolymer of conjugated diene and monovinyl aromatic monomer and a rubber block selected from blocks of butadiene homopolymer, isoprene homopolymer and butadiene/isoprene copolymers, and hence possess excellent properties of the both two kinds of rubbers, and can be used widely as integrated rubber materials with excellent property balance, the present processes can simply prepare the above integrated rubber material in situ in a single reactor.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method for the preparation of graft, block, and star-shaped copolymers. The method involves in situ coupling reaction between a living anionic backbone polymer possessing epoxy side chains and other living anionic polymers. The present method is simple, the coupling reaction is fast, pure copolymers are produced and the molecular weight, graft number and grafting position can be controlled to a greater extent than in existing methods.
