    摘要: A crystalline material contains oxygen, aluminum and phosphorus, and has powder X-ray diffraction peaks shown below. When the peak at 2θ=14.17±0.2° is used as the reference peak and the intensity of the reference peak is set to 100, for example, the relative intensity of the peak at 2θ=8.65±0.2° is 1 to 15. The relative intensity of the peak at 2θ=9.99±0.2° is 1 to 15. The relative intensity of the peak at 2θ=16.52±0.2° is 5 to 80. The relative intensity of the peak at 2θ=17.37±0.2° is 1 to 15. The relative intensity of the peak at 2θ=21.81±0.2° is 10 to 80.

    摘要: A process for producing an ElAPO molecular sieve with essentially pure CHA framework having an average crystal size less than about 5 micrometers is disclosed. When El is silicon, the process allows for a broad range of silicon content, and produces a catalyst with a high selectivity for the conversion of methanol to olefins. The process includes making a crystalline metallo-aluminophosphate molecular sieve of the formula (ElxAlyPz)O2from a mixture comprising an aluminum source, a phosphorous source, water, an El source, a fluorine source and an organic template source wherein the molar ratio of the organic template source to phosphorous is less than about 0.5; crystallizing the molecular sieve at a temperature between 100 C and 250 C and calcining in air.

    摘要: A new family of crystalline manganese phosphate compositions has been prepared. These compositions have an extended network which network can be a one-, two-, or three-dimensional network. The composition has an empirical formula of: (A.sup.a+).sub.v (Mn.sup.b+)(M.sup.c+).sub.x P.sub.y O.sub.z where A is a templating agent such as an alkali metal, M is a metal such as Al, Fe.sup.3+ and "b" is the average manganese oxidation state and varies from greater than 3.0 to about 4.0. These compositions can be used as adsorbents and as catalysts in the oxidation of hydrocarbons.

    摘要: The synthesis and characterization of novel molecular sieves containing bis(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) cobalt(III) ion are described. Several types of molecular sieves were prepared using the cobalt metal complex as a template that was shown to be incorporated as a guest molecule within the molecular sieve. Molecular sieves prepared using bis(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) cobalt(III) ion as template were characterized as having a pore size at least as large as 7 .ANG.. Other molecular sieves were also prepared using bis(cyclopentadienyl) cobalt(III) templates. The compounds are attractive as catalysts in a wide range of applications.

    摘要: Crystalline aluminophosphates and related compounds having in the as-synthesized anhydrous form the chemical composition:m'R(X.sub.n Al.sub.q P.sub.x)O.sub.2, wherein R represents ethylenediamine, X represents one or more elements which can be substituted for Al and/or P, whereinm'=0.01-0.33n=0-0.50q=0.30-0.60x=0.30-0.60and wherein n+q+x=1.The compounds can be prepared from a forming solution or gel comprising a source of aluminum, a source of phosphorus, ethylenediamine and optionally a source of at least one component X, which mixture is kept at elevated temperature for a period of time sufficient to produce a crystalline aluminophosphate or related compound followed by separating off the crystalline product obtained and drying, and which may subsequently be calcined.

    摘要: Molecular sieves having three-dimensional microporous framework structures of CoO.sub.2, MnO.sub.2, AlO.sub.2, PO.sub.2, and SiO.sub.2 tetrahedral oxide units are disclosed. These molecular sieves have an empirical chemical composition on an anhydrous basis are expressed by the formula:mR: (Co.sub.u Mn.sub.v Al.sub.x P.sub.y Si.sub.z)O.sub.2wherein "R" represents at least one organic templating agent present in the intracrystalline pore system; "m" represents the molar amount of "R" present per mole of (Co.sub.u Mn.sub.v Al.sub.x P.sub.y Si.sub.z)O.sub.2 ; and "u", "v", "x", "y" and "z" represent the mole fractions of cobalt, manganese, aluminum, phosphorus and silicon, respectively, present as tetrahedral oxides.
