摘要: An example external bearing system includes a base plate that, for example, is configured to be attached to or form part of a housing (e.g., the housing of a conveyor system). The base plate includes a front surface and a back surface. The base plate also defines a base elongated opening. The external bearing system further includes a bearing apparatus positioned adjacent to and attached (e.g., indirectly attached) to the base plate. The bearing apparatus is configured to have a shaft rotatably attached thereto. The bearing apparatus is configured to move along the elongated opening. The external bearing system further includes a plurality of moveable plates covering or configured to cover substantially all of the base elongated opening that is not occupied by the shaft regardless of a position of the bearing apparatus relative to the base elongated opening. One or more of the moveable plates are configured to move relative to the base plate as the bearing apparatus moves relative to the base plate.

The sensor device has an orientation locking structure that is configured to be engaged to selectively fix the orientation of the intermediate component about the longitudinal axis relative to the endcap body.

摘要: A device for guiding a conveyor belt, having a guide unit with an outer and an inner hollow-cylindrical body, the inner hollow-cylindrical body having a first central axis and being arranged in the outer hollow-cylindrical body, which has a second central axis, and both hollow-cylindrical bodies each have a central axis, with at least one bearing for rotatably mounting the outer hollow-cylindrical body on the inner hollow-cylindrical body and with an articulation body designed for mounting the inner hollow-cylindrical body on a central axle, wherein the articulation body is further designed to allow a horizontal and/or vertical change in angle of the first and/or second central axis relative to a central axis of the central axle. In order to increase the service life of the conveyor belt, the device is equipped according to the invention with a measuring and evaluating system including a sensor unit arranged inside and/or outside the guide unit, wherein the measuring and evaluating system is designed to detect the change in angle. The invention is based on the consideration that from a control behavior of the device, the causes of a fault of the belt run can be identified, deduced or narrowed down. Furthermore, a system for monitoring and guiding a conveyor belt using a device according to the invention is described.

A conveyor belt tracking arrangement, the drums are arranged with their axles in a frame and at least one drum is arranged with its axle in a pivot frame and the pivot frame is in turn adjustably arranged in the frame, and movable by means of a drum moving force, which in turn makes the whole drum, with the belt, to move with the pivot frame around a pivot point provided in an orthogonal plane along the centre of the belt seen in the direction of the belt at a distance from the drum, so that the belt is directly moved to a desired position.

摘要: A draper belt tensioning system having a frame, roller, control link, and tension link. The roller is movable relative to the frame. The control link has a proximal end pivotally attached to the frame, and a distal end that is remote from the proximal end. The tension link has a proximal end connected to the roller and a distal end connected to the control link at a connection location offset from a control link pivot axis. The control link is movable between a locked position in which the connection location is on a first side of the roller rotation axis and the control link pivot axis, a centered position, and an unlocked position in which the connection location is on another side of the roller rotation axis and the control link pivot axis. The control link has a greater angle in the locked position than in the unlocked position.
