摘要: Apparatus and associated methods relate to detecting jams when an intensity of a reflected signal exceeds a predetermined intensity threshold and an intensity window metric based on historic intensity value(s) fails to exceed an intensity window threshold for more than a predetermined time threshold. In an illustrative example, a jam detection unit (JDU) may emit a signal and detect a reflection of the signal. The JDU may, for example, compare intensity of the reflected signal to the intensity threshold. The JDU, for example, may compare the intensity threshold with at least one historic intensity value to determine the intensity window metric. If the intensity value exceeds the intensity threshold and the intensity window metric has not exceeded the intensity window threshold for longer than the time threshold, then the JDU may, for example, generate a jam signal. Various embodiments may advantageously detect jams based on intensity of a reflected signal.

摘要: An avoidance conveying device and an avoidance conveying method are provided. The device includes a receiving device, a front lifting device, a transition device, a rear lifting device, and a sending device arranged in sequence along a direction of conveying glass sheets; the receiving device receives the glass sheets conveyed by a front roller conveyor of an original sheet production line; the sending device conveys the glass sheets to a rear roller conveyor of the original sheet production line; an avoidance channel is formed between the front lifting device and the rear lifting device. Pedestrians and forklifts directly pass through the glass production line at any time through the avoidance channel, shortening the travel distance and the travel duration of pedestrians and forklifts. The glass sheets are finally conveyed to the rear roller conveyor by bypassing the avoidance channel, which ensures continuous and uninterrupted transportation of the glass sheets.

摘要: A lift structure of a rack storage system including a pair of vertical post, a pair of guide rail portions stacked one on top of the other, a mounting brace, and a mounting platform attached to the pair of vertical post. The mounting brace includes an adjustment mechanism to adjust an alignment between the pair of guide rail portions fastened together by a clamping plate. A load handling station is secured to the mounting platform to support loads transported to and from the rack storage system, wherein the load handling station is located by locating a position of the mounting platform.

摘要: A method and system for stacking coils in which a coil stacker lifting head can be used to raise one or more coils from a conveyor assembly. The coil stacker lifting head can be automatically actuated using a actuating cylinder and a counter balance cylinder. The coil stacker lifting head can include an expanding mandrel to grab opposite edges of the coil and lift the coil. One or more of the coils can be lifted from a conveyor assembly by the coil stacker lifting head. After the one or more coils are lifted, a carriage assembly can transport the lifted one or more coils to a desired position. Once the one or more coils reach the desired position, the one or more coils are lowered to a surface. Upon reaching the surface, the mandrel automatically collapses to release the one or more coils and the mandrel is released from the coils.

摘要: A connection adapter for a connection of profile segments of a rail profile in a conveying device for conveying hanging objects. The connection adapter has, on its inside, a running surface for the mounting of holding adapters mounted such as on rollers, where the running surface is disposed in an inclined manner with respect to a profile extension direction of the connection adapter in such a way that a cross-section of an inner space of the connection adapter, which is defined by the running surface, is larger at a first end face of the connection adapter than at a second end face of the connection adapter.

摘要: The invention relates to a roller conveyor jam break tool having a molded head member that is configured to clear a conveyor jam without the risk of the head member falling between two adjacent rollers and becoming lodged between those adjacent rollers. The molded head member is constructed of a lightweight durable, polymeric material, and the molded head member can be integrally fabricated with or selectively attached to a terminal end of an elongate handle.

摘要: A device, system, and method for detecting a covering sleeve on a container. A sleeve detection system includes a conveyor, a height profile acquisition device, and a processor in communication with the height profile acquisition device. The height profile acquisition device is configured to acquire height profiles of a tray traveling on the conveyor. The processor is configured to analyze height profiles received from the height profile acquisition device to determine a sleeve status of the tray. In some embodiments, a light gate is disposed across the conveyor and configured to detect the presence of a tray on the conveyor approaching the height profile acquisition device.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a modular bicycle storage structure designed to maximize the number of bicycles that can fit into it. The structure is designed to provide a private locker to each bicycle, which is accessible by a locker door, and secured using a standard bicycle U-Lock. The structure may use bicycles that have foldable, twistable or removable handlebars in order to reduce their overall width. The user generally aligns the pedals in a specific way before inserting the bicycle into the structure. The pedals slide into a groove formed in the side wall. This allows for overlapping of pedals for adjacent bicycles providing a compact storage configuration.
