Abstract: A guide device for hard workpiece transfer is provided, comprising a buffer belt for carrying the hard workpiece, a pilot wheel for driving the buffer belt to move, and a drive device for controlling the pilot wheel to rotate, with the buffer belt being made of elastic materials. With the buffer belt made of elastic materials carrying such hard workpieces as glass to be transferred, when the guide device is in contact with the hard workpiece to be transferred, the buffer belt is pressed to deform, which can reduce the pressure produced during the contact of the guide device with the hard workpiece, and prevent the contact portion from being broken or worn because of the pressure, not only preventing loss of the hard workpiece to be transferred, but also reducing use consumption of the guide device, thereby reducing the material cost.

Abstract: A conveyor assembly includes a plurality of idler pulleys over which a belt rolls. The idler pulleys are journaled in bearings in side walls of the conveyor assembly. The pulley includes a generally cylindrical center portion or shaft and a stub shaft that is removably mounted to end walls at each end of the pulley shaft. Each stub shaft has a radially disposed flange that is used to removably secure to the stub shaft to the pulley shaft. Additionally, at least one of the bearings for each idler pulley is mounted in an access panel. The access panel is removably mounted to the conveyor side wall and is sized and shaped, such that when they are removed from the conveyor side wall, the pulley stub shaft can be easily reached in order to be removed from the pulley, and the pulley itself can be easily removed from the conveyor, for repair or replacement.

Abstract: The roller drive unit displays a drive roller (1), which is drivable by a motor (3) and rotatably borne in a guide equipment (5), by which it is pivotable with respect to a base (2) between a lower rest setting and an upper rest setting over a circularly arcuate movement path. Abstract: A transport roller, especially for transporting sheet material such as sheets of paper, has a rigid core surrounded by a friction increasing jacket of elastic material. At least one member is inserted between the jacket and the roller for preventing a relative axial displacement between the core and the jacket. Such member is an endless helical spring partially embedded in the jacket and projecting into a ring groove in the core, whereby the jacket is firmly held in place on the core against any relative axial displacement.
