Abstract: A valve dispenses flowable product from a container. The valve includes a mounting cup for mounting the valve on the container, a seal supported on the mounting cup, and a valve stem extending through the seal. The seal and the valve stem define a generally annular passage section of the valve passage that extends longitudinally along the valve axis radially between the valve stem and the seal. At least one of the valve stem and the seal includes a baffle extending transverse to the valve axis, the baffle defining a flow restriction along the generally annular passage section.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to, inter alia, a formulation in a package. The formulation comprises one or more active agents and is co-mingled with a whipping agent prior to being filled under pressure into the package. The whipping agent is added in sufficient amounts to be dispersed in the formulation. The pressurized package is under sufficient pressure suitable to maintain the whipping agent dispersed in the formulation; and the pressurized package is under sufficient pressure to expel the formulation as a whipped formulation upon application of external force on the formulation in the package.

Abstract: Applicant discloses a novel method of spray applying multiple courses of a rapid cure, two part polymer sealant to an aircraft surface. The method sometimes uses a two part polymer mix for use in the aircraft industry that is applied with pneumatic mix and spray gun. The two part cartridge is used in the mix and spray gun so the mix is applied immediately upon mixing, but the two components are kept separated unless the gun is applying the mix. The multiple courses cure to form a clear sealant that allows for inspection of cracks and corrosion beneath the sealant. It cures quickly so that the coated part may be further processed, for example in the assembly line during aircraft build. Applicant further discloses multiple spray gun systems for applying such a two-part polymer mix to aircraft parts.

Abstract: A dispensing system includes a container for a fluid substance having a hollow stem and dispensing means for feeding the pressurised substance thereto. A cap includes a base body including a first seat for coupling to the stem, the base body partially defining a conduit presenting a first end in fluid communication with the seat and a second end coupled with a spray nozzle. A pressure regulator regulates passage of the substance according to the pressure in the stem to reduce passage due to an increase in pressure in the cavity and increase the passage otherwise, in order to maintain an essentially constant pressure downstream of the regulator even in the presence of variable upstream pressure. A valve element on the conduit between the regulator and the nozzle may close the conduit when the pressure present inside the latter is below a predetermined threshold and open the conduit otherwise.
