Abstract: A reflection display system for displaying a display image for a vehicle occupant of a motor vehicle by reflecting the display image on a windshield is provided. The system includes a display unit which is designed to display the display image on a display surface, a detection sensor system for detecting the displayed display image on the display surface, and a control unit which is designed to actuate the display unit for displaying purposes, ascertain detection information on the basis of the detected displayed display image, ascertain the presence of a foreign object on the display surface of the display unit on the basis of the displayed display image and on the basis of the detection information, and signal a disruption of the display if the presence of a foreign object on the display surface of the display unit has been ascertained.

Abstract: A a method for calibrating a user input apparatus for a motor vehicle is disclosed. The user input apparatus includes a component including a touch-sensitive surface and a reference element mechanically connected to the component, a circuit carrier, distance sensor, and an evaluation unit. The method includes determining, in a first calibration step, a first relationship between a change of the actuating force and a chance of the sensor signal, installing the user input apparatus in the motor vehicle in an installation step after carrying out the first calibration step, determining, in a second calibration step after carrying out the installation step, a first actual value of the sensor signal, and correcting the first relationship depending on the actual first value.

Abstract: A vehicle display device comprises: a housing forming an opening to an interior; a first display module positioned in the interior of the housing, the display module including a first louver film that is stacked with a second louver film, wherein respective orientations of the first and second louver films are substantially perpendicular to each other; and a cover glass that covers the opening to the interior of the housing, the cover glass being free floating and having an exposed glass edge; wherein the vehicle display device has a shroud-less design and is configured for positioning within a distance from a vehicle window where the display module is susceptible to generating a reflection in the vehicle window, and wherein at least one of the first and second louver films reduce the reflection.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a calibration method and apparatus. The method includes: sending identification information of a vehicle to a first server; receiving first motion track information sent by the first server based on the identification information, where the first motion track information includes motion track information of a mechanical arm for calibration of a first to-be-calibrated device in the vehicle; and controlling, based on the first motion track information, the mechanical arm to calibrate the first to-be-calibrated device. The technical solutions in embodiments of this application may be applied to calibration of an intelligent vehicle or an electric vehicle. This helps improve intelligence of calibrating a to-be-calibrated device in a vehicle, thereby helping improve calibration efficiency.
