Abstract:
A device for driving a stamping foil over a path through a stamping machine is disclosed herein. The driving device comprises two foil-introduction chain-like elements and a drive member coupled to the foil-introduction chain-like elements for driving the foil-introduction chain-like elements notably through a platen press of a stamping machine. The driving device further comprises at least one first load-measurement device comprising a first detector configured to measure a parameter indicative of the load applied by the drive member for driving the foil-introduction chain-like elements in a first direction, the at least one first load-measurement device being connected to a stamping-machine control unit configured to stop the driving by the drive member when the parameter indicative of the load applied by the drive member and measured by the first detector crosses a threshold.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a full-width seal device, the outer part of which comprises a paper inlet, a paper outlet and a housing, and the inner part of which comprises a component moving along the x-axis, a component moving along the y-axis and a seal mechanism, wherein the component moving along the x-axis is used for detecting whether paper has entered the paper inlet and having detected that paper has entered the paper inlet, driving the paper to move along the x-axis; having detected that the paper has moved to a pre-set position on the x-axis, the component moving along the y-axis is used for driving the seal mechanism to move along the y-axis; and after the paper has moved to a pre-set position on the y-axis, the seal mechanism is used for executing a seal operation.
Abstract:
A machine for printing flat objects of various thicknesses successively fed the length of a table by means of a feed mechanism and printed by means of a printing mechanism is provided. The feed mechanism includes at least two feed rollers between which the objects pass. Each of the at least two feed rollers is rotatable about an axis of rotation and at least one of the feed rollers is motorized. The printing mechanism includes a revolving printing drum and a motorized counter-printing roller rotatable about an axis of rotation. The machine also includes a lever having a first end, a second end, and a middle. The lever is pivotable at its middle and joined at its middle by a stop joint. The first end of the lever supports the axis of rotation of the counter-printing roller, and the second end of the lever supports the axis of rotation of one of the at least two feed rollers, such that shifting of the feed roller whose axis is supported by the lever, subsequent to the passage of an object between the at least two feed rollers, causes pivoting of the lever and thus a corresponding shifting of the counter-printing roller, if not already shifted by the passage of a preceding object.
Abstract:
A mail canceling device which has at least one canceling die roller pair behind a mail receiving slot therein to cancel the mail as it is inserted into the mailbox. The one or more pairs of rollers can include postmark applying segments as well as canceling dies. The rollers can be provided along opposite edges of the slot. A finger space is positioned centrally in the slot and between the rollers so that the mailer's finger can be used to assure that the envelope or postcard passes completely through the rollers and falls into the storage portion of the mailbox.
Abstract:
A stamp apparatus having a conveying belt pair for conveying a mail matter in an arrow T direction, sensor for detecting the conveyed mail matter, a stamp hub which roll-contacts a postage stamp portion of the mail matter, rotates, and stamps the portion with a postmark, and a backup roller for pressing the conveyed mail matter onto the stamp hub. The stamp hub is directly connected to the AC servo motor, and is rotated at a speed equal to a conveying speed of the mail matter, when a effective region contacts the mail matter.
