Abstract:
A cell phone frame includes a composite plate, the composite plate encloses a accommodation space for accommodating the cell phone, the composite plate includes a first plate and a second plate, a first side surface of the first plate is provided with striations, the first side surface of the second plate and the first side surface of the first plate are rolled to connect, and the striations of which adjacent ones have a pitch of 0.005 mm to 0.03 mm account for more than 90% of all the striations. The first side surface of the first plate is roughened to form striations, which increases the area of the first plate and the second plate subjected to rolling, so that a composite plate produced by combining the first plate and the second plate has a higher bonding strength, thereby ensuring that the cell phone frame is firmer.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a metal plate for heat exchange which facilitates nucleate boiling and is extremely excellent in heat conductivity. In the metal plate for heat exchange of the present invention, a recess part 2 having a depth of 5 μm or more and 10% or less of a plate thickness of the metal plate is formed. A crevasse part 7 is formed at least at a bottom corner 6 of the recess part 2. The crevasse part 7 is formed by cutting away the bottom corner 6 of the recess part 2 in the thickness direction. An angle θ formed by one cut-away surface and the other cut-away surface is 90 degrees or less. In addition, the crevasse part 7 is formed by cutting away a crystal grain 9. The recess part 2 is formed on the surface of the metal plate 1 by pressing a working part 14 formed on a surface of a working roll 12 against the surface of the metal plate 1 being carried.
Abstract:
An apparatus for reeling up strips, especially aluminum strips produced in a rolling casting plant, comprises a reel arranged axially rotatably by a drive in a path of the strip. This reel in the position for use is disengageably connected with the drive arranged on one side of the strip path and fixedly connected with a carriage frame arranged on the other side of the strip path. With the carriage frame the reel can be drawn out of the strip path.Close to the reel there is mounted a coil stripper provided with a drive.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for rolling a rolled material widthwise thereof wherein the rolled material in the form of a flat metal which may be a slab of metal having a large width as contrasted with the thickness has its lengthwise end portion shaped by compression working while the rolled material remains stationary in such a manner that the lengthwise end portion is formed with a progressively reducing width portion in which the width is progressively reduced in going toward the end of the rolled material, and a uniform width portion contiguous with the progressively reducing width portion and having a width equal to the minimum width of the progressively reducing width portion between its end contiguous with the progressively reducing width portion and the end of the rolled material. Thereafter, the rolled material is subjected to widthwise rolling, whereby the fishtail produced at the end of the rolled material can be greatly diminished.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing a steel composite in which at least two steel sheets that consist of different steel grades are placed against each other, hot rolled together, and then possibly cold rolled and in which after the rolling, the composite material, which is thus produced from at least two layers with different steel compositions, is diffusion annealed, wherein the annealing temperature is set so as to select the chemical potential of the steel materials to correspond to the following equation:
μC,material 1>μC,material 2,
where material 1 has a lower carbon content than material 2 so that an uphill diffusion of carbon takes place between material 1 and material 2.
Abstract:
Laser additive manufacturing and a method for preparing thin-walled preforms by laser metal deposition and follow-up rolling. This can solve the problems that when the existing laser metal deposition technology prepares the thin-walled preforms, the limit width size of a molten pool at high power affects the forming wall thickness of the preforms so that it is difficult to prepare preforms with wall thickness less than 2 mm, and the problems of poor surface quality and low accuracy of preforms due to convex and concave peaks caused by the interlayer overlapping, but also can solve the problems that a laser beam with a preset trajectory cannot act on the end surfaces of the preforms due to preform deformation caused by residual stress in a printing process so that the preforms cannot be continuously formed.
Abstract:
A machine for slitting metal sheet into strips includes a fixed upper beam and a lower beam that is displaceable vertically. Both beams support slitter heads that move along the beams. Each beam carries an arbor that rotates in it and extends through the slitter heads on it. Each beam also has a fixed threaded shaft and lock rods that extend through the slitter heads on it. Each slitter head carries a ring-like knife that rotates with the arbor for its beam. Each slitter head also has a motor-driven nut that engages the threaded shaft extending through the beam and, when rotated, moves the slitter head along its beam. The slitter heads have clamps, which clamp down on the lock rods to secure the slitter heads in fixed positions. The knives rotate about axes that are skewed slightly relative to the axes of the arbors that drive them.
Abstract:
A production method for an elongated semi-finished product. A continuously fed wire is rolled by a rotating roller. Along its circumference, the roller has a first segment with a roller profile that rolls a profile into first sections of the wire, and also has a second segment without a roller profile that is rotated contact-free relative to the wire. During the rolling of the profile, the speed of the roller is adjusted in such a way that the speed of the roller profile is the same as the speed of the wire. During the contact-free rotation, the speed of the roller is adjusted in such a way that a length of the wire corresponding to a prescribed length of the second section passes the roller contact-free. A semi-finished product having the first section and having the second section is cut off of the shaped wire.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing a sheet metal component. A hot or cold strip is electrolytically coated or coated in a smelting bath and the thus coated hot or cold strip is subjected to a flexible rolling process. During said process, sheet metal having various thicknesses of the flexibly rolled steel strips are produced due to various rolling pressures. Said invention is characterized in that in accordance with the thickness of the sheet metal after being rolled in a flexible manner or in accordance with the rolling pressure during flexible rolling, either the coating whilst being coated has various thicknesses, and in accordance with the rolling pressure with increasing rolling pressure that is expected, the thickness of the coating is thicker and/or the coating prior to or after the flexible rolling is subjected to a mechanical or chemical surface treatment for adjusting the desired emissivity or heat absorption capacity.
