Abstract: Wear liners positionable within high-pressure flow lines that provide flow of particulate laden fluids. The wear liners decrease erosion in the flow lines from the particulates sliding and impact wear, and from irregular flow patterns. Abstract: A rigid mount orbitor sprinkler assembly incorporates a deflector plate configuration that is configured for both spinning/rotating motion as well as orbital or wobbling motion around the center of a spool assembly. The sprinkler incorporates structure to reduce drool that may fall in a concentrated area below the sprinkler and to prevent debris from sandy water or the like from accelerating sprinkler component wear. With reduced vibration, the assembly may be rigidly mounted on a center pivot or other supporting structure while achieving the advantages associated with wobbling and rotating sprinkler assemblies.

Abstract: A machine for processing textile substrates includes a base configured to receive a substrate support carrying a textile substrate, and may further include a nozzle assembly supported above the base for applying pretreatment liquid to a pretreatment area of the substrate during relative movement between the nozzle assembly and the substrate support along a conveying direction. A forced air assembly is supported above the base for movement transverse to the conveying direction. A controller that controls the relative movement between the substrate support and the nozzle assembly along the conveying direction, or the movement of the forced air assembly along the second axis based on information related to a pretreatment area or a print area of the textile substrate in order to direct heated air from the forced air assembly onto an area of the textile substrate substantially corresponding to the pretreatment area or the print area.

Abstract: A sprinkler apparatus, a flow rate control valve assembly, and a sprinkler irrigation system for providing an even distribution of water across an asymmetrically shaped water receiving area. The sprinkler apparatus comprises a pop-up sprinkler head with a base housing for confiningly receiving a pressurized water flow that actuates a nozzle housing slidingly and rotationally cooperating with the base housing to pop-up into an operating position for discharge of water through at least one pair of nozzle assemblies. The pair of nozzle assemblies comprise an upper nozzle assembly and a lower nozzle assembly near the top end of the nozzle housing. The upper nozzle assembly controllably projects the pressurized water flow for a precisely set distance, while the lower nozzle assembly comprises a vertical slit-shaped aperture through which water is discharged in a curtain effect. Together, the pair of nozzle assemblies achieve a substantially uniform elliptical linear spray pattern with a bias to outermost end. A flow rate control valve assembly is further described and comprises a flow control valve assembly that can be fluidly coupled to a pop-up sprinkler head to controllably supply the pressurized water flow, the flow control valve assembly comprising a water inlet fluidly coupled to a water supply and a water outlet fluidly coupled to the pop-up sprinkler head, the water outlet cooperatively engaging with a rotary disc valve having a tapered passage wherein sliding rotation of the rotary disc valve incrementally adjusts the valve between an opened position and a closed position to control the pressurized water flow through the water outlet.
