摘要: A fixing structure of a dental handpiece has a transmission assembly for connecting a handpiece head, a positioning sleeve sleeved onto the transmission assembly and having a positioning member thereon, and a casing composed of a front casing and a rear casing. The front casing is sleeved onto the positioning sleeve. The rear casing is detachably connected to one end of the front casing. The front casing is provided with a push member. 摘要: A shaft for a dental screwdriver configured to be inserted into a bore cavity of a dental prosthetic. The shaft has a drive tip for driving a dental screw used to fix the dental prosthetic to the dental implant when the shaft is inserted into the bore cavity of the dental prosthetic. The drive tip is made of a shape memory smart alloy. The shaft also has an axial shaft portion made of a shape memory smart alloy with different material characteristics than the shape memory smart alloy of the drive tip. The axial shaft portion is configured to elastically bend from an original shape to a bent shape along the axial shaft portion without imparting a bending action and torqueing forces along the drive tip when the dental screwdriver is inserted into the bore cavity of the dental prosthetic.

摘要: The disclosure is directed to systems and methods for treatment of periimplantitis using ultraviolet light. In some embodiments, the ultraviolet light is ultraviolet c light with a wavelength between 100 and 280 nanometers. In some embodiments, the ultraviolet c light makes the surface of the implant hydrophilic and more receptive to cell protein attachment. In some embodiments, an apparatus for treating periimplantitis using ultraviolet light includes a handpiece with a flexible neck and a rotatable tip at the end of the flexible neck. In some embodiments, the handpiece includes a contra angle dental handpiece or a straight dental handpiece which can couple to and direct ultraviolet light from either an end firing tip or a side firing tip. In some embodiments, the handpiece is sized to enable UVC light to be directed to an exposed area of an implant facing toward one or more posterior portions of the oral cavity.

摘要: The invention is an assortment of apparatuses to magnetically tether a dental hygienist's hand to the utility tubes and hoses commonly found in a dental office. In a preferred embodiment, this is an adjustable silicone utility band containing a magnet which is worn by the hygienist. This tethers him or her to a utility hose or tube, which has a clasp that contains a reciprocal magnet. 摘要: A connecting chuck of a material cylinder for a mixer and a mixer are disclosed according to the present application. The chuck includes a chuck body, and a first axial position-limiting connector and a second axial position-limiting connector are provided on the chuck body. After the chuck body rotates around the outlet pipe of the material cylinder by a preset angle, the first axial position-limiting connector can cooperate with a first axial position-limiting cooperating member on the material cylinder, and the second axial position-limiting connector can cooperate with a second axial position-limiting cooperating member on the mixer, so that an inlet pipe of the mixer is compressed with the outlet pipe of the material cylinder for cooperation. Through the above structure, after use, the chuck body reversely rotates to an initial position and the mixer is replaced, and the chuck body is reusable without replacement.
