Abstract: An adjustable clog with a unique strap system is described. The sole assembly for the clog has an interior sole wing situated near the heel of the sole assembly, and an exterior sole wing on the opposite side of the sole assembly from the interior sole wing, near the heel of the sole assembly, wherein the interior sole wing and the exterior sole wing consist of webbing strap and rubber that extend above the sole assembly. The clog also includes an upper, where the upper is affixed to the sole assembly. A wing hook strap is affixed to the interior sole wing on the first end of the wing hook strap and to the paracord loop on the second end of the wing hook strap, wherein the wing hook strap includes a first G-hook that hooks into one of the first plurality of hook pockets. A heel strap connected to the interior sole wing on the first end of the heel strap and the exterior sole wing on the second end of the heel strap through the mechanical ring, said heel strap includes a second G-hook that hooks into one of the second plurality of hook pockets.

Abstract: A backless house shoe comprising a foot-receiving top portion and an oppositely disposed sole portion, wherein the sole portion is at least two centimeters thick rubber vehicle tire, wherein the vehicle is selected from the group consisting of trucks and tractors; wherein the sole portion defines a plurality of spaced treads; wherein the depth of a respective spaced tread is at least two centimeters; wherein the width of a respective spaced tread is at least one centimeter; wherein the sole portion is at least three centimeters thick; wherein the backless house shoe disengages from a wearer's foot upon experiencing traction; and wherein the sole portion includes a member of the group consisting of chains, studs, sipes, and combinations thereof. The sole portion engages the ground with tread patterns at least about two centimeters deep, and is unsuited and impractical for outdoor wear as the treads will grippingly engage the ground while the house show offers no back heel engagement, thus the slipper will become easily stuck in the ground and disengage from a wearer's foot when worn outdoors and experiencing traction from engagement with muddy ground, ice, or the like.

Abstract: A shoe including an upper forming an interior portion for a foot, the interior portion including toe and heel cavities, is provided. An outsole patch includes a toe portion disposed on the toe end of the midsole and a heel portion disposed on the heel end of the midsole. The outsole patch includes an exterior contour providing clearance between the midsole and ground when worn. A region between the heel and toe portions of the outsole patch extends from the inner to outer sides occupying a position intermediate the toe and heel ends of the midsole, permitting the shoe to fold about the region.
