    摘要: A tool changer 10 includes a tool change arm 40 having tool holding portions 42, 52 at ends thereof, a support shaft supporting the tool change arm 40, a rotation mechanism including a rotation drive motor 25 and rotating the tool change arm 40 about an axis of the support shaft, a forward/backward movement mechanism including a forward/backward movement drive motor 13 and moving the tool change arm 40 forward and backward along the support shaft, and a mount base 11 having the rotation drive motor 25, the forward/backward movement drive motor 13 and the support shaft mounted thereon. The tool changer has a restraining member 60 provided thereon which restrains movement of the tool change arm 40 in a direction along the support shaft by engaging with the tool change arm 40 positioned at an original position.

    摘要: A hand power tool has a tool receiver which is configured to receive a tool and which has an inner receiver. The tool receiver is provided on an associated tool housing, in which there is disposed a drum-type tool change magazine having at least one tool chamber for storing the tool. The tool chamber is configured to be aligned so as to be flush with the inner receiver to enable the tool to slide from the tool chamber into the inner receiver or from the inner receiver into the tool chamber. A braking device is configured to brake the tool as the tool slides from the tool chamber into the inner receiver.

    摘要: A robotic tool changer removably attaches a robotic tool to a robotic arm. The changer includes a tool module connected to the robotic tool, and a master module connected to the robotic arm. To attach and detach the robotic tool, the changer couples and uncouples the tool module and the master module. A master electrical signal module (ESM) affixes to the master module and a tool ESM affixes to the tool module. In accordance with design requirements, the changer applies the same power supply to both the master ESM and the tool ESM. The changer, however, selectively suppresses application of the power supply to the tool ESM, while maintaining application of the power supply to the master ESM, during the coupling or uncoupling of the master module and the tool module. In doing so, the changer enables such coupling and uncoupling, while also preventing the formation of transient electric arcs.

The method includes confirming that a process on the target object is finished in a processing unit designated as a process instrument replacement target, and providing information that a process instrument replacing operation is permitted to start. The method further includes, when a shutter of the processing unit designated as the process instrument replacement target is closed to perform a process instrument replacing operation and an operation prohibition state is thereby applied to the transfer mechanism, canceling the operation prohibition state to allow the transfer mechanism to perform a load/unload operation relative to a processing unit not designated as a process instrument replacement target.

    摘要: A tool magazine, especially for milling and drilling machines, comprising a linear tool support having at least one row of tool holders, the tool support being mounted on the free ends of two swivel arms. Each swivel arm is disposed laterally of the work table and is mounted on a shaft for rotation therewith, the shaft being located in the work table. For protecting the tools inserted in the various tool holders and the tool tapers thereof, a cover is provided which contains a row of protective caps adapted to the shape of the tool tapers. The cover with the protective caps can be moved by means of a pivot lever mechanism from a position closely encompassing the tool tapers to a position permitting free access to the tool tapers. Any deposits of flushing liquid, dust particles and cuttings on the taper surfaces are effectively prevented when covered by the protective caps.
