Abstract:
A latch assembly for an access door of a storage compartment in a vehicle, includes a locking bar configured to move into an engaged configuration which enables the access door to be placed and held into a closed position and a disengaged configuration which permits the access door to be placed into an opened position; and an automatic locking mechanism including a shape memory alloy (SMA) actuator configured to be coupled to the access door, and further including a locking feature operably coupled to a portion of the locking bar, and configured to engage and disengage the SMA actuator which is electrically energized to move into a locked position to prohibit the locking feature from moving. A latch assembly for an access door of a storage compartment in a vehicle includes an SMA actuator configured to move the locking bar into the disengaged configuration with the storage compartment.
Abstract:
A multipoint mortise lock mechanism for a swinging door, including a central cassette assembly operably coupled to an upper remote locking point assembly and a lower remote locking point assembly by a remote locking linkage. The central cassette assembly includes a housing, a deadbolt mechanism, a latchbolt mechanism, a remote locking point mechanism and an anti-slam mechanism. The anti-slam mechanism includes an anti-slam plunger that when in an extended position engages the remote locking linkage via a boss and a slot and thereby inhibits movement of the remote locking linkage whereby deployment of the remote locking point assemblies is prevented. The deadbolt mechanism includes a deadbolt extendible from the central cassette that is independently operable from the remote locking point mechanism. The deadbolt mechanism further includes an anti-back drive mechanism.
Abstract:
A cover device, includes a movable cover configured to cover retaining jaws of a retaining jaws module; a retaining cover connected to a side wall frame of a vehicle body and configured to enclose in the shape of a U an insertion end side of a retaining jaws module for insertion of a striker plate module to releasably couple with the retaining jaws module so as to connect a vehicle door with the side wall frame, and adjacent longitudinal sides of the retaining jaws module in transverse direction of the vehicle; and a rubber lip configured to elastically connect the retaining cover to the retaining jaws module and to compensate for tolerance compensation.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a lock for a fuel tank cap or tailboard in a vehicle, comprising a locking bolt (1) which can be adjusted between an open and a closed position by opening and closing the cap or tailboard. Said fuel tank cap lock, in the housing (2) of the lock, is positively driven counter to the force of a compression spring (4) in the direction of its longitudinal axis (6) and about its longitudinal axis (6).
Abstract:
A locking system includes a carrier member at least one locking member extending from the rod. The carrier member is movable between a first locked position in which the locking member engages a locking receptacle to maintain a container cover in a closed position and a second unlocked position in which the locking member disengages from the locking receptacle and the cover is movable between the closed and open position. The locking system includes a blocking member at a second end of the carrier member. The blocking member is movable between a first engaged position in which the rod abuts a portion of the blocking member and maintains the elongate rod in the first locked position and a second disengaged position in which the rod disengages from the blocking member and a biasing unit urges the rod in the second unlocked position.
Abstract:
A mortise lock comprising: a case having opposite inner and outer sides which are horizontally spaced when the mortise lock is mounted on a door; a latchbolt supported by the case for movement between extended and retracted positions, the latchbolt extending from the outer side of the case; an element configured to be operably connected to a latch adjacent a top or a bottom of the door, the element being movably supported by the case and partially extending from the inner side of the case; and a latchbolt bar movably supported by the case, the latchbolt bar having an outer end operably connected to the latchbolt for moving the latchbolt between the extended and retracted positions, and the latchbolt bar having an inner end operably connected to the element for moving the element when the latchbolt bar moves the latchbolt.

Abstract:
A lock structure with at least one latch comprises a base, a link member, a sliding member and a rotating member. The link member is moveable relative to the base to drive the latch. The sliding member is engaged with the link member and being capable of driving the link member. The rotating member is rotatably disposed between the base and the sliding member, wherein the rotating member is capable of driving the sliding member and the link member to drive the latch.
Abstract:
A retractable hand lever actuator which can be locked in a trough for driving a latch for a switch cabinet or the like is described. The hand lever is articulated at a drive shaft supported in the trough. According to the invention, the hand lever actuator comprises a handle such as a T-handle or L-handle having two connection levers which are arranged relative to one another in a parallelogram configuration and which are articulated by one end at the drive shaft and by the other end in a similar manner at the handle in such a way that, on the one hand, they hold the handle in its direction parallel to the extension of the trough when the handle is folded out of the trough and, on the other hand, are able to transmit a rotational movement of the handle to the drive shaft in the folded out position.
Abstract:
A housing structure includes a main cabinet and an engaging mechanism. The main cabinet has an opening formed on one side, and the main cabinet has a side panel and a latch. The opening can be covered up by the side panel, and the latch can be movably arranged on the side panel. The engaging mechanism includes a sliding member and an elastic member, and the sliding member can be slidably arranged on the main cabinet and is adjacent to the latch. A plurality of grooves is formed on the sliding member, and a plurality of hooks is formed correspondingly on the side panel. The sliding member can traverse between a default and a release position to assemble or dissemble the main cabinet.
