    摘要: A rotary disc valve is used in a fluid delivery system to control flow of fluid between multiple ports. The valve may include a valve body having multiple ports that are connected to the system. In addition, the valve may include a diverter and seal assembly that are disposed in the valve body. The diverter is configured to rotate about a rotational axis and to control fluid flow through the valve body. The valve is free of an axial compression spring, and the valve body, the lid and the diverter are shaped and dimensioned so that an interference fit exists between the lid and the diverter that results in compression of the seal assembly between the diverter and the base.

    摘要: A rotary multi-port valve having a valve body defining a valve chamber and having a plurality of inlet flow ports each having a stationary seat member therein and having a discharge port. A flow diverter member is supported by a valve stem and a tubular trunnion for rotation within the valve chamber and has a diverter chamber. A piston is hydraulically moveable within the diverter chamber and has driving connection with a diverter valve member is linearly moveable for sealing engagement with a selected stationary seat member. The diverter valve member is selectively retracted to a position completely within the valve chamber to permit selective rotation of the flow diverter member within the valve body to an aligned position with any of the inlet ports of the valve body.

A described system includes a valve body having a valve chamber and a plurality of ports into the valve chamber. The plurality of ports include a first port, a second port, and a third port. The first port and the second port are aligned with a common axis and located on opposite sides of the valve chamber. The system further includes a valve member located within the valve chamber. The valve member is controllably rotatable by approximately 270 degrees to modulate fluid flow between the first port and the third port while maintaining the second port completely closed and to modulate fluid flow between the second port and the third port while maintaining the first port completely closed.

    摘要: An overflow for a tub or basin includes a bracket and a movable cover. A water passageway is disposed through the bracket. The cover is attached to the bracket and translatably movable by a user. A drain aperture is disposed through the cover. An edge is disposed along a perimeter of the cover with a channel disposed on an inside edge surface. The bracket includes a flexure or a pin biased by a spring. When the cover is attached to the bracket the flexure or pin is partially disposed within the channel creating a force biasing the cover to remain attached to the bracket. Alternatively, a magnet may be used to bias the cover to the bracket. When the cover is in an open position, water can flow through both the bracket and the cover. When the cover is in a closed position, it blocks the flow of water.

The sprayhead includes a first disc fixed to the body, a second disc moveably coupled to the body, and a pin which defines an axis of rotation for the second disc. The second disc is configured to rotate about the axis of rotation and to translate in a radial direction relative to the axis of rotation while the sprayhead is in use. Rotation of the second disc relative to the first disc causes a first response, whereas translation of the second disc relative to the first disc causes a second response.
