    摘要： A differential gear includes a differential housing consisting of cast iron and a differential crown wheel consisting of case hardened steel. The differential gear, while being of reproducible quality, can be produced simply and cost-effectively. The differential housing has, on the circumference onto which the differential crown wheel is pressed, a bearing shoulder, to which the differential crown wheel is fastened via a nickel-containing welded joint. The composition of the welded joint is influenced by the use of a nickel-containing additional material which is added to the welding melt in the form of an annular foil arranged between the bearing shoulder and the differential crown wheel.

    摘要： In an automatic washer drive system, a planetary gear arrangement is provided including an input drive shaft being drivingly connected to a motor at one end and having a sun gear interconnected with a second end. A plurality of cylindrical plastic planet gears are disposed around and engage the sun gear. A plastic unitary carrier member rotatably supports the planet gears and further interconnects with an output drive shaft for causing rotation of an agitator. A gear housing surrounds the cylindrical planetary gears which engage an internal ring gear disposed on an inner peripheral surface of the gear housing. The plastic unitary carrier member is configured to include a plate portion which extends outwardly in the radial direction with respect to the output drive shaft. A plurality of the cylindrical pin portions extend from the plate portion in the longitudinal direction with respect to the output drive shaft. These cylindrical pin portions provide the rotatable support of the cylindrical planet gears. A boss portion extends from a center portion of the plate portion and includes internal grooves for receiving splines disposed on the output drive shaft such that the unitary carrier member and output drive shaft are rigidly interconnected.

    摘要： An inscribed planetary gear device usable as a speed reducer or an overdrive has a primary shaft which serves, for example, as an input shaft, an externally-toothed gear carried at an eccentricity by the primary shaft; an internally-toothed gear inscribed by the externally-toothed gear; and a secondary shaft which serves, for example, as an output shaft and connected to the externally-toothed gear, through an Oldham's ring which transmits to the secondary shaft only the rotation of the externally-toothed gear taking place about the axis of the externally-toothed gear. The externally-toothed gear is provided with a counter flange at an end facing the Oldham's ring and is operatively connected to the Oldham's ring through Oldham's projections and Oldham's grooves receiving Oldham's projections provided on the Oldham's ring and the counter flange, respectively, or vice versa. The externally-toothed gear is formed by metal powder injection molding and, during sintering process, is placed on a furnace bed while contacting the counter flange with the furnace bed. In this manner, the sintered gear is prevented from being distorted.

A pair of bearing shoes are directly disposed between the teeth of the ring gear and the housing cavity and between the opposite sides of the ring gear and the housing cavity. The bearing shoes have an arcuately-shaped inner surface against which the ring gear teeth are rotatably placed. During rotation of the ring gear, bearing surface therefor is provided by the teeth of the ring gear and the inner surfaces of the bearing shoes.
