    摘要: An embodiment of the present invention is an imaging system in which a camera unit and a control unit are connected by a video signal transmission line and a clock line, and the camera unit and the control unit operate in synchronization with each other by a horizontal synchronization signal and a vertical synchronization signal indicating reading timing of the video signal. The camera unit includes a signal analysis circuit configured to encode information superimposed on a master clock, and encode a register control signal superimposed on the master clock using a camera clock based on timing of the horizontal synchronization signal or the vertical synchronization signal, and write an imaging condition indicated by the register control signal to a register.

    摘要: A system and a process configuration generates a unitary rendered image for a video from at least two cameras. The configuration detects a communication coupling of at least two cameras and determines a master camera and a slave camera. The configuration determines an orientation of camera sensor of the master camera and the slave camera and determines a first frame of a video for a synchronization point for a start of a video capture. The configuration captures and reads images from the master camera sensor and the slave camera sensor in response to the start of the video capture and orientation of the camera sensors.

    摘要: A display apparatus and a method of controlling the display apparatus are disclosed. The display apparatus includes: a signal receiver configured to receive a signal containing video data of a series of frames and corresponding sound data; a first data extractor configured to extract caption data from the signal; a second data extractor configured to extract the video data and the sound data from the signal; a buffering section configured to buffer the extracted video data; a sound-text converter configured to convert the extracted sound data into a text through sound recognition; a synchronizer configured to compare the converted text with the extracted caption data, and synchronize the caption data with frames corresponding to respective caption data among frames of the buffered video data; and a display configured to display the frames synchronized with the caption data.

    摘要: A system replaces the current “Genlock” reference signals and distribution architectures used in media and broadcasting use an IP network and distributed timekeeping service, such as ISO/IEC 61588 or IEEE1588. In such a system, a master and multiple slave devices are used to distribute precision time and phase information to synchronize equipment and systems. The method described herein allows the generation of a signal standard and format with a single distribution system. In addition, the method allows this distribution to be accomplished over an IP network despite the non-deterministic performance of such networks. The method also allows the deterministic generation of signals at slave devices.
