摘要: Asynchronous and/or synchronous telephony protocol systems and methods may include an asynchronous signaling node (ASN) and/or a call duration time quota from a charging onset to place and complete a call based on a first device call request as received from a first user mobile device on a packet switched network. The asynchronous systems include instructions to automatically modify the telephony address with a prefix and destination address when the first device has insufficient or independent balance or upon a network exception; route the modified call signal to the ASN; and deliver and automatically disconnect the call when the call is completed. The synchronous systems are balance-independent and include instructions to automatically set the call duration time quota upon such exception, and deliver and automatically disconnect the call from the second user telephony device when the call is completed or when the call duration time quota is exceeded.

摘要: Presented herein are techniques to perform call failure diagnostics. A method includes receiving, at a network device, an indication of calls-of-interest, detecting, at the network device, a failure of one of the calls-of-interest, triggering, in response to the detecting, at the network device, diagnostics data analysis of data associated with the failure of one of the calls-of-interest, determining, based on the diagnostics data analysis, a cause of the failure of the one of the calls-of-interest, and notifying, by the network device, a management system of the cause of the failure of the one of the calls-of-interest and of recent configuration changes on the network device that are related to the cause of the failure of the one of the calls-of-interest.

摘要: This invention relates to a method of processing sensitive information over VoIP. The method provides a method of processing, by a call processor, a media call comprising the steps of: receiving a first signalling stream from a first entity; creating a second signalling stream to a second entity; forwarding signals received from the first signalling stream to the second signalling stream; receiving a third signalling stream from the second entity; creating a fourth signalling stream to the first entity; and forwarding signals received on the third signalling stream to the fourth signalling stream; the first signalling stream containing instructions to set up a media call between the first entity and the second entity such that media is transmitted over a first media stream from the first entity to the second entity and a media is transmitted over a second media stream from the second entity to the first entity without intervention by said call processor.

摘要: Certain aspects of the disclosure are directed to template-based management of telecommunications services. According to a specific example, a server is provided comprising one or more computer processor circuits configured to interface with a remotely-situated client entity using a first programming language. The server includes a call control engine that is configured to provide a private branch exchange (PBX) for the client entity, and identify a call control template written in a second programming language. The call control engine is further configured to control call routing by the PBX, by executing the call control template to identify at least one data source that corresponds to a call property for the VoIP telephone call, retrieve data from the data source, and implement one or more call processing functions specified by the call control template as being conditional upon the retrieved data.

摘要: A control device includes a storage unit that stores an upper limit value of the number of calls that can be processed in a predetermined time using a session boarder controller (SBC) and an upper limit value of the number of signal conversion rules that can be processed using the SBC, and an arithmetic operation unit that allocates, to the SBC, an operator the number of calls of which is maximum from among a plurality of operators using the number of calls and the number of signal conversion rules for each operator and determines a combination of operators to be allocated to the SBC from among remaining operators such that an unused resource related to the number of calls and the number of signal conversion rules in the SBC becomes minimum, using the upper limit value of the number of calls and the upper limit value of the number of signal conversion rules read from the storage unit.

In the event of a failure at a first active session zone at the first datacenter, a failover to the second active session zone at the first datacenter is performed such that there are no interruptions in the active sessions. In the event of a failure at both active session zones at the first datacenter, a failover to the second datacenter is performed.

摘要: A distributed network system for call processing, according to one embodiment, includes: a plurality of relay devices; and a call routing server for managing information about the plurality of relay devices and information about subscribers registered to the plurality of relay devices, where each of the plurality of relay devices can include: a database; a protocol relay unit; a call processing unit for checking whether the sender of a call and the receiver of the call are at least one subscriber, on the basis of an SIP signal incoming through the protocol relay unit; and a packet processing unit for realigning incoming phone call packets of the call according to the sequence of the phone call packets, and adjusting the transmission speed of the realigned phone call packets according to a situation in which the phone call packets are incoming.
